It is a very good product for exercise. It was delivered to me in extremely good condition. The packaging was so good that I took a helping hand it was delivered to my doorstep. Don't miss this product seeing the negetive reviews. It is the best product in the market at this price range no problem. Only handle with care because it is PVC coating and it is long lasting otherwise

Quality is below par. Firstly the plates are made of plastic material filled with concrete. Plastic makes it really slippery. You are highly likely to drop the plate if you're trying to lift it with your bare hands. Hence it makes the plates/dumbbells very risky. Secondly, the safety plugs for dumbbells are also made of plastic. If you're thinking of varying the weight of the dumbbells by changing the plates frequently, the thread wears off. Yesterday the plate just pushed the plastic safety plug off and it fell on my leg. I was cognizant enough to pull my leg back so I didn't suffer any serious injury, but the dumbbells are really risky. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Bars are okay. I think it is better to look for rubber coated plates and fixed weight dumbbells as they are much safer.

I recieved 3 plates of 2.5gk and 1 plate of 3kg which is broken. Thickness of rod is not matching with Plates Hole.Nice stategy to sell defect piece, as they know that customer will not return entire product for just one damaged one.

I am writing this review after atleast two and a half years. I purchased it during COVID time. Not using now. It definitely was useful for my workouts during COVID time. Only drawback that I found was the bar for rusted after few months. It could be that I did not maintain it well too. But otherwise it filled is proper. The weights are filled with sand. The first product I received was damaged during delivery. I arranged for a return and ordered again. The second product was not damaged. Handling is also very important. If you use it like you do in gym if will easily break and same could come out.

This review is for people who really want to buy weights for work out. Know the difference between PVC weights and other weights.-What is PVC?-PVC in simpler terms are like bags filled with cement mixture. Sometimes these mixture breaks into powder and pieces, sometimes they are strong.-IS PVC GOOD?-This depends on the user. The weights are Fat, like real fat. If you use them roughly they won't even last a month. If you are really careful with the product then maybe a couple of months.-My Thoughts.-The mixture is of Sand and cement when you roughly place them on the ground or just drop them(even small heights), concrete inside the tube may break. When this concrete is broken the sand/stone particle may impale the plastic and make a small hole. This small hole is enough to make this product useless.My Review:Pros:-The rods are good.Cons:-Dumble rod clips are made of plastic with a screw system.-Clippers don't even fit the rods.-Weights are Fat, only two weights fit the rod.- 1 2.5kg weight out of four is damaged and is sandy.-One weight of 5kg has a small hole in it.If you are looking to buy this, please don't.You get rubber weights in sports shops for 100rs per KG. Better buy those rubber weights and buy extra weights when you need them.

Totally useless.. Disappointed1. Go through all the reviews, in each and every order, there will be atleast 2 broken plates..Firstly you will get delivery after 10-15 days minimum. After getting this, u will find atleast 2 plates broken.. no option to change only 2 plates, u will have to return entire order. Which will again take 10 days for pickup and 15 days for delivery or new product. So total goes almost 1 and half month. Not feasible atall.2. Dumbell rod and it's circular lock is made of plastic. Ribs of the lock were damaged and the plates fell off even when lock is on. So useless.3. The area of curl rod and dumbell where we put in the plates is small. So Even though u get multiple plates upto 50kg, u cannot attach more than 1 plate to one side of rod or dumbell. It does not have enough width.So rod can be setup max to 20kg (10kg each side).And dumbells to 20kg in one hand.You cannot increase weight even if you have plates, u cannot go beyond that.4. Both the steel rod's radius thickness is very very thin. Which is not atall good for weight lifting.

Received a damaged 2.5kg plate. this is just a cement filling inside a plastic container. So the plate weights are not even. Each plate weighs different. Even not good for beginners as the weights differ. This could end up in some muscle pain wen you train with these plates regularly. The bench rod is also so thin. I am not sure it could hold more weight on both sides. Cheap quality for cheap price.

Thin rod, bumped weights. The rod might damage the weights over time. Better to pad the rods. Good for beginners.
