It's clear and the texture is like a thick Vaseline. It smells great and feels refreshing. I should've bought this sooner!

I love the cool minty feeling this medicated product gives me and it really feels amazing and work good so far. my only gripe is that its a petroleum based products and it says 'apply 1-4 times a day as needed' well if you have long hair it makes it greasy. I recommend putting it in at night and washing your hair in the morning, of if your going to just hang around the home all day. But if you need it on your whole head like I do, unless you part your hair carefully and apply it as close the scalp as you can, you hair will be greasy.Edit: so I found out they have a cream version of it, and while the application process is better, it doesn't have the same cooling minty effect that is very soothing. I all In all I would prefer this product even though its more of a jelly, the effect is better

Very good for managing scalp dandruff issues. The menthol is very soothing on your head.
