12" Stone Frying Pan by Ozeri, with 100% APEO & PFOA-Free Stone-Derived Non-Stick Coating from Germany

After watching the movie "Dark Waters" we tossed all our teflon cookware. We've been researching and experimenting with alternatives ever since. We found this one and love it. We use it every single day, bfast and dinner. We wore our first one out and replaced it with this one. The gold flecks in the black are so pretty! Makes you happy to cook! Non-stick works great! Good heat distribution. Clean up is a breeze. This is so good looking we never put it away. It lives on our stove top. LOVE this pan. Nice depth and the sides keep everything inside the pan. Handle feels nice in your hand. It's heavy weight but not too heavy for arthritic hands. It's just the perfect pan!

I bought the 12" pan because I bought an 8" pan for Christmas of 2021 and we have used it most everyday. While other pans last less than a year the 8" one is still good to go. The fact that these are made without harmful materials is a plus for those that would like to live longer. Both pans cook well & fast without having the heat high & are very easy to clean, although they are heavier than cheap teflon pans. My opinon is Ozeri pans are worth buying.

we searched for a new pan for our daily cooking and we gave a try for this one. it turned out to be really great for non stick surface but more it gives the depth of pan to cook really great for what we cook everyday. our family loves using it. hoping the non-stick coating will survive for our daily use. we take care of what was listed in instruction manual to ensure the coating will stay longer. great purchase for our everyday item!

WORKING OUT WELL SO FAR, FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS THAT CAME WITH IT, USING CERTAIN OILS ONLY (WALNUT OIL, ETC) TO SEASON PAN, ALWAYS USE MEDIUM OR LOW HEAT ONLY. LOVE THAT IT IS GERMAN ENGINEERED, HEAVIER SKILLET THAN I AM USED TO, BUT THAT IS PART OF WHAT MAKES IT GREAT. NICE STURDY HANDLE THAT WILL NOT LOOSEN OR FALL OFF.

Hands down the best nonstick pan I’ve ever used. This is my everyday egg pan (really everyday everything pan!). Nothing sticks to it. So easy to clean. I use it so much I keep it out on the stove all the time. I just ordered in other sizes. Ready to get rid of my expensive pans and replace the with these pans.

I’ve had these for a few years and have bought a couple different sizes. They are so nice! They season beautifully and don’t flake off after years of use. They are non-stick, but you can also use oils, butter, etc. when cooking with them.

This is my second Ozeri non stick 12 inch skillet. I had the first for about 2 years and the non stick was still going strong. I only replaced it because it had begun to warp and wouldn't fit a lid snugly. This was my fault for not letting it cool down properly before running water in it. This is well made and the non stick works very well. Works great on my induction burners and fits a standard 12 in lid. Recommended.

When the pan first arrived, I loved it. I loved the look, and the slightly heavy feel, and the fact that the non-stick coating — which worked very well — was safe and healthful. Heating was uniform and cleanup was a breeze.Five months and one week into owning it — and using it every day — it still cooks very well, but the “non-stick” is not nearly as good as it was. It’s still much better than my stainless steel pan, but I can’t scour it with copper wool.To be fair to the pan, I’m thinking about buying another one soon, because by the standards of non-stick, it’s safe and durable, but I’m still somewhat disappointed. Again, the size and weight are nearly ideal (I have smaller and larger pans, lighter and heavier, but this is the one I use almost every day, and sometimes twice in the same day), so that also says something. But, so far, what I want in a pan doesn’t exist — at least if I’m also the one washing it.

Un excelente sartén, durable y resistente, de fácil mantenimiento y no se ocupa prácticamente aceite para cocinar.

We have purchased many pans over many years & can honestly say, this is the best non stick pan we have ever owned. My husband is the egg & pancakes chef & keeps telling me how amazing there is no more sticking anymore & evenly cooks bean burgers & sausages perfectly as well. We stick to no higher temperature than medium as the instructions recommend, it does take a while to get the heat into the pan but once you do, no issues (we have an induction cooker). Very easy to clean, purchased the black one because did not want the problem where reviews mentioned about discolouration for the lighter coloured ones. It might seem expensive, but at the moment, worth every penny but will update this review if we find later on if the non stick properties change, like it does with a lot of pans.

Wonderful pan overall. Capacious, functional, certainly "non-stick" in any application I've used. It even looks good.Main problem for me is that the handle gets too hot to hold even on stove element at medium setting. And note that the handle is entirely off the stove top. None of my other pots or pans handles get so hot. The silicone sleeve over the steel handle may be able to withstand heat, but it does not dissipate it at all. Wear an oven mitt to protect your hand from a nasty scorch. A design consideration Ozeri should attend to.

Kind of hefty, coating seems to scratch easily even with plastic utensils, handle gets hot over long period of time. Coating doesn't stick, care instructions are very nice to have, pan protector pad is useful, heats as fast as any pan (although a heat indicator would be nice)
