Not all 4 pins work on the molex connectors
Only the 12 volt and ground (pins 1 & 2) are connected through the PCI cover. The 5 volt and ground (pins 3 & 4) are not connected. If that is all you need, then this is good. But it seems to be made to be used for exterior fans and not much else.

Works, but feels cheap.
Like the other reviewer said, it works fine, but it feels pretty flimsy. I'm using it to power an external fan on the cabinet holding my PC tower to vent the heat when the PC is running.
