PowerStep High Insoles | High Arch Pain Relief Orthotic, Supination Inserts

I'm a senior with hip replacements. I'd begin to find my hips bothering me again when I found an old pair of these in my closet. It had been years since i wore them. I figured I'd try them again. These are soft enough to be comfortable but have a hard plastic in the middle to provide real support! Within 24 hours I began to notice the pain in my hop and lower back fading away! I've even begun walking without a cane again! So I bought a new set for my other shoes and sneakers! I just have to remember to remove the insoles that came with the sneakers before I insert these new orthotics! And a lot less expensive than the custom orthotics that insurance won't cover!I'm sold!

I finally had a chance to try them out today and they need to be broken in a bit more....but so far they feel very comfortable. Also, they make me feel more balanced when I am walking. The true test will be when I do a 10,000 step day at work on hard surfaces.

These are a fantastic fit for individuals like myself with high arches.Their firmness is both a plus and a negative, in that there could stand to be more cushioning available, especially in the heels.They look good in both my everyday shoes and the running shoes I wear at the gym, and even after multiple days of running on the treadmill with these insoles in place, they haven't slipped out of position or deformed in any noticeable way.

I’ve used PowerStep insole for approximately 10 years and they’re great. They have a great arch with great support. I recommend them next to custom orthotics. The fit is right on point.

These were recommended by my doctor. It definitely made a difference being on my feet all day. Easy to put in your she. Easy to cut to size, and doesn't cave in. It gives you the support your foot needs. Great value . Highly recommend. I bought more for my other shoes too.

I had a pair of these from my orthopedic doctor. They cost me $40.00. Felt like I was walking on air. These I got from Amazon though are pinching my feet. Same brand of shoe. So not sure what's going on. I may need to return.

I am a elderly women and worn so many inserts and insoles all my life and I found this insert from Powerstep to cure the problem with the foot, leg. and my back. I received it 10-29-2024. I couldnt do any more than 225 steps to the mailbox due to pain with other type of inserts. Now I went to the mailbox with my new inserts there is no pain in the back of leg nor pain in the back. I am absolutely sure that Powerstep is a miracle worker for me.

I was hoping to have a higher and harder arch support but it’s going to be much better than original sneakers linings. I’m not sure if it can fix my pronation problem completely.

Amazing! high arch insoles best I've had out of about 7 different types of insoles including birkenstock and custom orchitics both rock hard. These feel awkward at first and then great they make it so there is no empty space between arch and the shoe lessening the impact.

As a woman with long feet, I have managed to get this into my American size 11.5 & 12 shoes, but the heel cup is really too wide. It would be nice if the company would make separate products for woman of all sizes.
