I live in the desert and Aveeno has been my go to for a decade, but lately it wasn’t cutting the mustard so I tried this lotion.I absolutely love it. First application, instant relief of the dry itchy skin I was suffering with. The lotion is thick and creamy and leaves my skin moisturized and dewy for about 24 hours. I’m in my early 50s so when my skin is dry it just looks old! My hands and legs are looking so much better. I haven’t used it on my face but totally would.In regard to the pump. I figured out if you twist it open, keep twisting until you meet some resistance, it pumps like a dream in the position.

Just WOW! I have had eczema my whole life (a long time!) and the driest skin a person can have. I’ve used every recommended product for ages with mediocre results. Most recently I even started slathering coconut oil on after my daily shower, but still found it sub par. I saw this and decided to give it a try. Game changer! My skin is soft and more importantly — stays soft all day. It’s a bit pricey, but the lotion is extremely thick, and a little goes a long way especially when used following a shower. I will agree with others that the pump really needs to be re-designed. It’s very difficult to get product to flow through, and even without the pump, it’s so thick, I have to stick a finger in it or bang it against something to get some out. Still a small price to pay for such an a great skin care product!

It is lightweight, effective, hydrate my dry skin all day.price is reasonable for the type of product and make my skin feel so soft and nice.

Love this stuff for my dry to normal skin. Sinks right in and no grease; I literally use it even when I going to put on makeup. Last's me about a year if I only use it on my face. Half a pump and that's enough for me. Just know it's not finished even if you get nothing after pumping; I make sure to cut the bottle open when I reach this stage and transfer to another no-touch container that can be closed because it dried hard.

This cream is amazing...your skin just rejoices, blooms like a flower out of bud when you put it on. There's just nothing like it. It doesn't sit on your skin, it goes IN but leaves the surface soft. I've never had anything like it.There is one sad flaw: it's thick and you can't get more than 3/4 of it out of its bottle. At that point, I have my husband cut it open and I put it in a different container; it's that valuable.I've never had any soap be less drying. The pump doesn't work well though, it's stiff and difficult.

La Roche-Posay is fantastic on your skin although it is a bit too greasy for your face. I enjoyed the fact that this did not break my face out, because I have contact dermatitis. I would buy this and use it in the summer months to keep the bugs from attacking me due to it not having any scent to it. I love the way it feels on my skin.
