Perfect for us
Work great on our smoker. We love cooking bacon on our smoker, these mats work perfect for that and then I just toss in dishwasher when finished, and they are ready for next cook. Works great.

Love these things and wish I would have known to use them years ago. Great for vegetables

Works great for fragile and smaller items
What a great idea. I use them on my gas grill for fish, veggies, shrimp - almost anything that used to require a skewer. They don't hold up well for extreme steak-sear temps above 600, but hold up very well at 400. I will never be without.

Not for gas grill.
Bought two sets based on advertised that they could be used on a gas grill. Packaging, however, said not to use on a gas grill. Both sets returned.
