That is, nobody shares the world view held by Cecelia Ahern until they read her work and then they think: "My goodness! That is so obvious! How could I have missed this all this time?" She has a way of looking at situations and putting her pen right on top of what is wrong in this world. I love her work and it just keeps getting better.

Freaking love it, recommended it to all my friends. Great for anyone interested in feminist issues, equality, gender politics, pretty much anything related to strong, intelligent women.

If you love good short stories, buy this. If you love watching words come to life, buy this. If you want a book you can binge in one weekend, buy this. If you need a gift for a book lover, buy this. Great story. Great writing as always, Ms. Adhern.

Although I have read almost all of Ahern's books I did not find this one quite up to par with the rest. Perhaps it's because there is not one primary story but 30 short ones. It was great for being able to read just a little bit at a time since the stories were self contained. I hope she returns back to her usual great formula for her books!

An excellent book. I purchased several copies for friends and their reaction was the same. It speaks to the female 'condition' you could say, with novel examples that really hit home. Of particular note for me and my friends was the tale about the 'guilt' we carry on our backs merely by being who we are. Not the usual genre perhaps for this author, but it shows the author's versitility and understanding of the female condition.

This book blew me away. Tackling women issues in such a humorous way. I laughed a lot and cried a bit too.Such an easy vacation read. Great and imaginative.
