The Isometric Exerciser
I was using the Exerciser back in 1975-76But somehow it went missing,Was searching for. Found The product it on Amazon, Once Again started exercising with it. Its very good for building strength &/or losing the weight.

its spring is very hard
it is indian model so spring is very hard to compress...but it is best you can get in less price... other imported models are very-very costly costing you up to twenty four thousands rupees

Instrument not working, even not compressing 1 MM.
The media could not be loaded. This instrument is worthless. Not compressing a millimetre. Doing exercise is impossible. Amazone is not transperent in communication on mobile. The Phone number and email address given on the cover of the instrument are non existent. The replacement is also in same co dition.

It is generic version of Bullworker which is no more available in Indian market. If you import it then costs around 25,000.I am able to tone up my muscles within a month. First week I did 10 sec each exercise as recommended. But from second week I was using breath as measure and depending on exercise 5-20 breaths I hold the posture. From today I started doing two reps for back and leg exercizes. As back and leg muscle gain is not much.
