Our dog is almost 2 and has always had issues with food! And his weight! I don’t think I’ve ever had him meaty! I received this last week, Friday? I think and we are now on Tuesday. The following week and me and my partner both have noticed a MASSIVE difference in our dog, his fur looks healthier and his weight around ribs has gained so nicely! In such short time!! Highly recommend this if your struggling with your dogs weight or eating! Tommy has gone from Barley one meal a day to 2 meals and emptying the bowl every time!!

Would highly recommend. Bought for my whippet cross lab as she has trouble maintaining her weight, and the difference in her in a week is amazing. She seems excited for food again and her appetite is bigger than ever. No nasty smell and it’s really easy to add into her meals. As she’s a medium dog she has 2 scoops a day and it’s been really effective and comfortable on her sensitive stomach. I really hope this product continues to work well in the long run for her.

I have used a few weight gainers for dogs and I am not impressed with this product at all. It hasn’t worked on my dog and that’s disappointing for the cost. I’ll go old school and make satin balls for him

This is east to add to food after two weeks she has put on a bit of weight did expect it to build her up a bit quicker.

This is a marvellous product for dogs who have lost weight or finding t difficult to consume much food. Our greyound was elderly and was going downhill with skin cancer but this put weight back on her and kept her comfortable.

I bought this for my Hungarian vizsla who has a heart murmur and Pica. So despite having food down all day everyday, on occasion she was filling herself with non food items and although she's of normal weight for a typical dog of her breed of her age (which is unusual as dogs with a heart murmur usually don't grow well apparently) I felt she needed to have something on her bones as a reserve should she ever become ill. I was a little dubious about a product that is in the lower price bracket but I took the plunge and bought it. She has been on it 3 days and I haven't seen any weight gain yet but she isn't looking for items to eat that she shouldn't. From the moment she got up to the second before bed, she would be almost desperately looking for things to eat or even lick but now she isn't even walking around the house and garden licking things. That behaviour has just, well, stopped!! That was not why I bought it but she just gets one heaped scoop a day in a bowl without food and she gobbles it. So it must taste great. It's a bit of a sticky powder. A bit clumpy but I am very optimistic that if she's not eating rubbish, she will also bulk out. I will be making this a regular purchase. Definitely glad I took the risk!

Unfortunately, didn't see a difference. Possibly just not right for my little guy. I did ask on the actual website (Buddy & Lola) 'how long do you use this for?' and they replied it's a daily supplement... So that didn't exactly help. Been on a month and thought I'd see a small improvement in weight but stayed the same.Only positive is he didn't mind the flavour and wasn't put off when he's genuinely picky.
