Which side of the bed has pocket?

Both sides have the pockets. I love having them there. However, you have to remember that they are 3/4 of the way up to your pillow when putting clean sheets on the bed. Yep, I messed that up. Lol.

Can you buy additional pillow cases to match?

They have separate pillow cases, fitted and flat sheets in multiple sizes in their store

I’m a hot sleeper. Do these sheets cool the body?

No they don't. They are very soft, but they aren't cool like cotton. They're ok. I'm a hot sleeper too. It's hard to find sheets with deep enough pockets for my mattress and they do fit well.

Has anyone ever tried to fit the full size on a queen bed since they run so huge?

No. I haven't tried to fit the full sheet on a queen mattress. I think where the seams are would keep the sheet from fitting correctly in such a case. It would bunch up.
