Good performance
Expensive but it is far better than all other cheap products. BAYAR is renowned brand and their products are good. Avoid using spot spaying instead spray diluted solution to entire home at once. Quite useful to tackle ant and cockroach problem. effectiveness is more than 1.5 months

Very effective and good product
Good product..use 10 ml in 1 ltr for 1 Room ..very effective..all chocorach...insect dead...but after spray go out for 2 days as the spray slowly effect humans...taste change..heavy ..overall company should have 100 ml bottle also .as expiry is 2 yr.

Doesn’t work at all or fake product
Bought it’s couple of weeks ago, tried the recommended 20ml/ltr to much higher concentrations. Has no effect on household pests or insects like cockroaches, mosquitoes, fruit flies or moths alike! Don’t waste your money on this, mostly I believe these are fakes or ineffective poor quality one being sold, beware!

Very reliable vendor and BAYER is also a reliable company no doubt.
I have been using this for more than 5 years. Its effective against cockroaches and mosquitoes. 1 bottle lasts almost 6 months and is safe for pets after drying.Very timely delivery and prompt response on queries.
