Schiara Posture Corrector for Men and Women, Comfortable Upper and Back Brace, Adjustable Back Support for Back, Shoulder and Neck

I have scoliosis and this brace has been the most comfortable to wear. I have a thick torso (apple shape) and I tried other braces available on this site that covered the whole torso, but they were very tight on me. The last brace I ordered was tight and the material did not breathe. So it will get real hot and apparently was cooking my insides because I started having serious stomach issues. I got this brace and started using it and my torso problems went away. I wear it for 8 hours a day in the evenings and it gives good posture as a result of wearing. It has velcro and the last one I got lasted for more than a year. I recommend this brace for its good design, it does the job, so you get good value.

This product is as advertised. It's very lightweight and feels weightless on my shoulders and upper back. It's very snug and it does help you correct your posture. After two weeks I do feel a change in my slouch.

Hard to put on and remove but tight enough to keep posture

This is a great posture corrector. It’s comfortable and well made. I am learning though that any posture corrector, in order to be successful, must be used in conjunction with consistent back and shoulder stretching/strengthening. If you’re looking for a posture corrector I highly recommend this one.

I recently purchased this posture corrector and I’m genuinely impressed with its quality, especially considering the affordable price. I appreciate the adjustability too. While I don’t like it being too tight, having the option to wear it loosely is beneficial. Even when it’s not tightly fitted, it serves as a gentle reminder to keep my shoulders back, helping me gradually improve my posture. Overall, I’m really glad I made this purchase. It’s something I wish I had done sooner, as I’ve always struggled with poor posture. This posture corrector is a simple yet effective tool that has made a noticeable difference in my life.

The one size works for both hubby and myself - 5’11” and 5’. He just wears it upside down and the support hits the exact same spot as it does on me right side up. Just enough support to remind you to straighten up. This is not a brace. It’s a mild support. Perfect for the computer slump. I slouch terribly when I’m on my laptop, this is the perfect ‘reminder’. The only negative note is the position in the armpits. You can adjust the ‘dig’ with the Velcro straps; but due to the necessary styling, you’re going to feel it there. Have noted the same styling across the board. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture in just two days. Amazing what muscle memory does with a bit of a push. Definitely a 10 of 10.

I used to have a TON with pain in my traps, collarbone area, and upper back that caused me to not be able to move my neck freely without pain. I would mostly wear it while driving or laying down, so 1-3 hours a day for a few months. (More than you are supposed to, but I was also doing workouts to strengthen the muscles needed to maintain good posture in the long run.) Overall, this was a life saver when I was ~140 pounds but once I lost some weight the straps became too long and no longer helped correct my posture. Over time I was able to pull it tighter as my posture corrected more. But I noticed it became loose/I had to go to the very end of the velcro at ~120 lbs. From when I did wear it, I thought it was comfortable, easy to use, and good bang for your buck. My chiropractor noticed the shift in my upper body posture in the first weeks of use! Before I added posture workouts too). I liked that I could conceal it under my clothes in public, or slip it on over other things at home. I will say that while it did help me with my posture, I still had to work on not flaring my ribs out when my shoulders were pulled back. You can still slouch with it on, you'll just feel a bit of tension.

Expensive for the quality

I was a little sceptical purchasing but with free returns thought I’d give it a go… I’m very pleased! I suffer with a slipped disc which gives radiating pain around my middle, thought a good posture would be helpful for a start not to relieve my pain but hopefully help ! This is great , it’s comfortable to wear & definitely hold you straighter & brings your shoulders back & reminds you to do so , I am a sloucher & wear it around the house & would be good for desk work sat down, easy to wear & adjust as needed, looking forward to continuing use of it , it’s helping a lot ! Very happy , simple but effective ! I would recommend 👍, worn over or under clothes

Es muy fácil de usar. Se ajusta con velcros. Tiene que estar tenso pero no incomodo. Yo he empezado con 20 min al día, y voy subiendo unos 5 min a la semana. Según las instrucciones, no se recomienda usarlo más de dos horas seguidas. De momento, noto alivio al ponérmelo y me lo pongo sobre la ropa. Noto una ligera molestia en la axila, pero nada que no se pueda soportar. Te "obliga" a corregir la postura y a mantenerte mas erguido. Entiendo que es algo que se notará a largo plazo, así que me lo tomo con paciencia.

ho comprato questo prodotto per due motivi: volevo provare per capire se poteva aiutarmi con il mio dolore alle spalle e per il prezzo abbastanza economico. Devo dire che il prodotto in se è ben fatto e abbastanza pratico da usare e, rispetto alle mie aspettative, devo dire che funziona anche. Ovvio dopo un po' che lo indosso mi dà un certo fastidio ma la sensazione di alleggerimento sulle spalle e di miglioramento nella postura rimane per un bel po' anche dopo averlo tolto. L'ideale è usarlo con una maglietta leggera (o una tuta) quindi purtroppo lo posso usare solo un po' alla sera quando sono a casa. Comunque nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
