The resistance gloves that come with this set are medium size, too tight for large hands, but good for medium to small hands. Very good water resistance and seem well constructed, they float well.. The barbells in the set, however, constantly take water into the handles and there is no easy way of draining them. It would be impossible to dry the inside of the plastic handles completely, which might lead to mold. They are comfortable for even larger hands to grip, however, and provide good water resistance for working out in the pool.

I bought these to add a little more resistance for my arms in my water walking class. They have been making a big difference. I'm not able to lift weights. The water walking takes the pressure off my joints, making exercising more enjoyable. My physical therapist recommended I use these to improve my core strength.

Love the gloves, weights are OK, but low to med resistance. After a few weeks I can now hear water in the handles. It doesn't leak out but I'm extra careful where I leave them in the car because it might puddle. I think it evaporates in the heat of the car.

Didn't expect the 'mitts' to work so well...good resistance when swimming freestyle or breaststroke or even dog paddle.Weights also do the job for this 74 year old.

I’m an avid water aerobics participant. These water weights are not medium. They are very challenging and I e been using weights for a number of years. Also they are too close on the handle which makes them difficult to handle, carry and work with in the water.🤨

The weights have a good resistance and strong enough to help me float. The gloves are great for other water aerobic activities protects fingers plus food resistance.

Bought for water aerobics, the water weights work as intended. The webbed gloves provide a challenge for resistance in the water.
