Very responsive company.
Terrific product. Very responsive company. I had issues with my ice maker because of the way it works. Their solution of adding a pressure tank works wonders. It is not designed to work with ice makers as it does not keep constant pressure. Adding the pressure tank improves all performance. Their customer service followed up to make sure their solution worked.

Endless clean water. Well made.
I wish I bought this sooner. I have had it over a year and it has been flawless. Great clean water without a tank. Endless supply. It does make some noise but it's under the sink and doesn't bother me and is not that loud. I recommend the mineral adding cartridge from this brand. This is a well made unit.

I have been running this unit for 8 months now and I am very pleased
I have been running this unit for 8 months now and I am very pleased. Clean water comes out promptly on demand. I fill the coffee pot then and there. No more pitchers and waiting.

Learning curve if you upgraded from a tank system to this tankless unit.
I started my RO journey with a different company, one that had a pressure tank. Being that I had no previous experience with RO systems, I thought it was the bomb, and it was. My tap water after running through a hole house water filter was 160 to 180. But after installing the original RO system, my ppm dropped to between 5 and 10. Ran it for a couple of years with no issues.Fast forward to present day and we are remodeling our kitchen. I took this as an opportunity to upgrade to a tankless so I had more room under my sink. Some take aways of the new unit, super easy to setup. I got mine hooked up in less than 20 minutes. Most of that time was spent trying to screw the water line onto the inlet. Ran it for the 30 minutes to flush and my TDS meter was in the 20's ppm which was great, and I figured over time using this it would continue to drop. Problem is it did and it didn't.At this point I need to explain as this WILL help future owners of this product. I kept finding my ppm levels rising and it was driving me crazy. I contacted customer service, they told me something that makes total sense to me, however I wish they would have included it in the Amazon listing. Because this a tankless system, when the water stops running, your untreated water will seep back in through the filters membrane causing the ppm levels to rise up. The longer the unit sits, the higher the ppm levels will be.There are two ways around this, one is a carbon filter between the RO and faucet, or to run the water prior to using it. I don't want to change the filter every three months so I opted for flushing the water before using it. What I have found is pretty simple. If you let your RO system sit for 30 min or longer before using it again, run it for 30 seconds then use the water for whatever you're needing it for. I have found by doing this, my levels are 10 to 15ppm. The longer you run it, the lower it goes. For me as long as the ppm is in the 20's or less I am good with it.I hope this helps out the next person looking to buy one of these. The key issue is do you want to do a small flush of your water each time before using? Or use a system with a pressure tank, not have to flush, but then not have water after 2 gallons. Then on top of that having to wait an hour before using it again. I think this is a great unit, I highly recommend.

Clean water at last!
There is lots to like about this RO unit for under the kitchen sink beginning with its compact, thin size. It fits nicely and still provides lots of room for storage. The biggest plus is the ease of filter positioning for replacement. 2 easy to remove filters that take all of a nano-second to swap out when the time comes. The faucet set that comes with the unit is also vey nice. Small, sleek and easy to operate. My water pressure is very good so I have good flow for the dog's drinking water. The water filtration also appears to be on point. It is virtually tasteless and has no odor vs our tap water which heavily smells of chlorine. Another big plus. The 4-star vs 5-star rating is the need for an electrical outlet to operate the unit. Most are without that need. I hired an electrician to place a plug specifically for this operation which is overhead. That said, once turned on, it is very quiet and the display is very straightforward. I followed the instructions to let the water run a solid 30 minutes prior to usage and that was about it for start up. Once the filters are needing replacement the visual display will flash alerting the need to swap out filters. The price was very economical, the unit appears to do what it is intended. If it were without the electrical component, it would have been a 5-star.

Worth it

nice fit under sink
recently installed.larger than expected but does take up less space than a tank with inline filter. Quality of water seems to be good at this early time.

Great experience so far
Water tastes flawless. Easy installation. There was a slow leak from the faucet but we contacted WaterDrop and they quickly shipped a replacement faucet (thanks to their rep Krystal’s speedy help).
