My husband works outside and these are perfect to add to water and stay hydrated in the hot summer. The taste is good and there’s no flakes or chunks from it.

I love these! So much better than Gatorade and other options out there. I love the lime flavor…almost reminds me of the lime popsicles from my childhood!

I used to occasionally get leg cramps, especially on desert hikes where you sweat more than you realize. With Sqwincher the cramps are a thing of the past. The taste is pleasant but like Gatorade, Powerade or any other electrolyte replacement beverage it takes a little getting used to. I've grown to like it so well I often finish off with dinner whatever is left in my hydration bladder after a hard day's hike. The only reason I gave the product 4 stars rather than 5 is because of two gripes I have about the packaging. First, the inner packets can be a little hard to tear open unless you have long, strong fingernails. Of course you can always use scissors but if you are refilling your hydration bladder out in the wilds you're probably not carrying scissors. Second, I always buy the large bag of Sqwincher packets and nowhere on the outer package does it tell how many packets are inside. If the vendor add doesn't state the quantity (which is 50), you can't be certain you're getting the same quantity as you did the last time you ordered. One last piece of advice: The lemon and lemon-lime flavors taste good and they won't stain your pack like the other brighter colored flavors if you have an accidental leak from your hydration bladder.

This is a great hydration! Good price and does a great job! We prefer this over several others more expensive choices!

First, let me say that I like Sqwincher and have a subscription to it. My complaint is that if you look at the item description it says "0.11 oz, Packet 50 Ct." If you look at the picture, the package shows 50 0.05 oz packets! Half the size! Same size and decoration on the package (except for the small print), same size "stick" of powder, just 1/2 the contents! Same price for 1/2 the product - definitely NOT good value for the money. This also happened about a year ago, but I caught it before the return period had expired. They couldn't assure me that the following package would be back to the original size so I cancelled that subscription and started a new one. Now, about a year later, same thing happened but I didn't catch it until I opened this package - after the return period - and noticed that the taste was "weak". Too late to return, but not too late to forewarn others - and smack myself for not checking when it first arrived. I like the product, but not the "bait and switch" tactic. My fault for not catching it sooner, but when I have a subscription, I expect to receive that to which I subscribed!

Love the lemon lime. I like to double up for more flavor punch but with this flavor you can always just add to other beverages without it being over powering & still giving the electrolytes you need.

What can one say, it's Sqwincher. A pleasant tasting electrolyte replacement drink.

Good electrolytes a little tart

Highly rate these. I've been using them for a few years now. However, the last packet I purchased seems to be rubbish quality. Some of the individual packets have been half full. Some have been solid. Which leads me to believe they're not sealed properly. Which in turn makes me concerned. In short, recommended product but maybe try a different seller.
