For me this works very well. I think the oil works a bit better than the gel for my RLS. It is amazing stuff and I do recommend anyone with RLS to give it a try. I know not everything works for all of the restless leg people out there - some things work for one person and not for another. I purchased this product because I have Restless Leg Syndrome... one night I forgot to take the prescribed medicine so I decided to use the oil instead - It did not work, sad to say. It may have helped a bit but it didn't work on its own.

I'm pregnant and recen started getting RLS, this product has been great! Definitely helps and love the fact that it is not greasy or oily!

This stuff really works! I haven't taken ibuprofin since it was delivered and I used to pop 1000 mg a night.
