Cuando compre la mascarilla, la compre x tema de la pandemia y porque las mascarilla se me pegan al rostro y no me dejan respirar. Al ver videos observe que estas mascarillas son para generar Hipoxia, lo cual según estudios no mejora el rendimiento y permite ingresar el aire sin protección. Logré solucionarlo colocándole un filtro. Al usarlo en crossfit donde es una clase muy exigente, por primera vez ha sido toda una experiencia. Esta mascarilla obliga a poder respirar como debe ser de lo contrario se siente una falta de oxígeno. Es la primera vez que respiro en forma correcta gracias a la mascarilla y a pesar que si genera sudor, creo que el beneficio lo vale. Lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que desean mejorar su forma de respirar y aumentar su capacidad de respiración.

I purchased this with low expectations. FYI there are a few models from different sellers which are significantly higher, but are the same exact mask, my guess is they all outsource them from Alibaba or somewhere similar.My goal was to increase my lung capacity and I use these with weight training, Jiu Jitsu drills, MMA/boxing, general cardio such as treadmill/jumprope, etc. They fit well overall with the exception of the velcro closure which is very rough on the skin, I usually put a paper towel under this to help. Functionally they work well, doing the job of restricting breathing in and out. My only gripe is the levers to change the restriction seem a bit flimsy and one of them is already not snapping into place and I anticipate it may break soon.

Pretty nice, the one thing I’d recommend is the strap that goes behind your head to latch with the Velcro, the Velcro to latch can be bigger for people with smaller necks. While running it bounces around because I can’t get the snug fit as desired. If that happens, it’s a phenomenal mask. But overall a wonderful mask.

Looks cool. Comfortable. Not filtered but I addedy own carbon filter easily enough for COVID. Muffles speech so it's hard to hear the wearer when they speak.
