I LOVE This Faucet!
I absolutely love this faucet! The pull out hose is great for cleaning fruits and vegetables, washing dishes and cleaning the sink! When you switch from stream to spray, you can adjust how hard the spray is and you can move the faucet head to be as close or as far away as you need it to be. (Keep in mind that the switch from stream to spray is regulated by water pressure. So, you can't turn the water down to a trickle and expect the spray to stay on.) You can have it turned on pretty low though. We have to turn ours on about 1/4" of the way to full open before we can get the spray to stay on. But that is just about perfect for the spray pressure when you want it soft, and it works great! It is very easy to install, looks great, and works great! The reflex works wonderfully. If you need the pull out extension to be short for a single basin sink or long for a deep well double basin sink, it works either way. You decide how long you want it to be. The faucet comes with a weight that you simply clip on the pull out hose under the sink, which determines how far you can pull the faucet out and how far back it reflexes. The only caution I have for you on this is that if your sink plumbing is a mess, like mine, the hose and weight will hang up on it. If you don't fix it, this will render the faucet extension useless. There is an easy fix though! We simply used an old piece of cheap poster board and some painters tape to make a channel along the back wall of the sink cabinet for the weighted hose to slide up and down. By containing it in the makeshift channel, it can't hang up on the other plumbing and it works amazingly. My only other caution is for people who are replacing a 3 hole faucet. This faucet is much shorter than the old faucets were. There is only 3-1/2 to 4" total length on either side from the center hole on the trim kit. So, you can easily change your plumbing set up for a single hole installation, but the trim kit may not cover your old holes. We just used the single hole faucet assembly (without the trim kit). We put it in the hole that was best for reaching both sink basins and then bought 2 cheap 2 inch hole cover blanks to cover the old holes. You can spend $20 or more each for hole cover to match the faucet, but we just used cheap plastic hole covers and it looks fine. We installed one of these for my mom over a year ago. It is still looks and works like new! It was so nice, that when our old faucet crapped out a few months ago, we decided to get this one, too! And as an added bonus, it was actually $50 cheaper than the non-reflex (pull out) version. And it's Moen, so it has a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend!

Great faucet!
I love this faucet! I had an American Standard for only a year before it started leaking! It took several months of trouble-shooting it before I finally called in a plumber. He said it actually was caused by a faulty design up inside the interior so that every time I pulled the faucet head from the faucet, it would rub against a piece of metal that wore a spot in the hose that could not even be fixed or replaced (a new hose would not solve the problem because the sharp metal piece it rubs against cannot be replaced). He said I would have to get a new faucet! I asked him if he could recommend one, and he said "Moen." So, this is the one I got. This one is great! I don't anticipate any leaking issues. I saw that some of the reviews here mention that the faucet drips several drops of water after turning the faucet off. So, asked my plumber about it, and he said that all Moens do that because of the way they are designed. The mechanism that shuts the water off in most faucets is located right behind the nozzle, whereas in a Moen it's located at the base of the faucet where it's attached to the deck of the sink. He says it will stop momentarily. He's right, and it no longer bothers me. The other thing I wanted to mention is that my kitchen faucets in the past have always had a "pause" feature because I really got used to having that option. But, they're not very common (American Standard was the only one I could find on Amazon that had it). This Moen faucet does not have the pause feature, which I do miss. HOWEVER, this Moen does have a power boost feature, which I've never had before. And, I have to be honest, I'm finding that I'm using power boost much more than I ever the pause. So, now I'm so happy with the Moen and the power boost that I really don't miss the pause feature anymore, and if I ever had to choose again between "pause" and "power boost," I would choose "power boost." Hope that helps!

Motion sensor works great but there are concerns
We owned the first generation version of this faucet until the electronics on it started to go out. That faucet lasted about 10 years so hopefully this one will last at least that long. This newer design is easier to install, not being much more complicated than a standard faucet. We have this style of faucet for the motion sensor and that works perfectly. One advantage to this generation of the faucet is the water temperature can be adjusted using the handle position when using the motion sensor. The original version forced you to use a set temperature that could only be changed at the control box. The light on the sensor also blinks to tell you when the water is warming up and stays solid red when it reaches temperature. I haven't experienced any water pressure issues, the pressure is actually a bit stronger than it was with our old faucet. The faucet does have some quirks to it. The faucet must be powered to work. The handle does not directly control the valve, its sending a signal to the control box to turn on the water. Your car has drive by wire, now your faucet has water by wire. Sometimes you can tell this is happening because there can be a slight delay between moving the handle and the water flow starting. Another weird thing is you can turn the water on with the handle and turn it off with the motion sensor. Now your faucet has its handle in the on position but no water flowing. The wifi connectivity seems a bit unnecessary for a faucet. There's a couple of interesting features such as auto dripping the faucet for frost protection and auto turn off even if the faucet was turned on using the handle. I doubt I'll ever use a voice or app command to pour out a specific amount of water. It takes less time to just grab a measuring cup. Features like this seem like solutions looking for a problem that doesn't exist. The power adapter is an absolute requirement. The faucet must be powered to operate and the wifi feature is going to burn through those 8 D batteries. Moen should have included the adapter with the faucet and they're honestly ripping you off charging $90+ for it. You can find knock-off versions for less on Amazon that I can guarantee were produced in the same factory as the Moen branded one. This new version has also undergone some obvious corporate cost reduction. The 1st generation was heavy and felt like it could survive being dropped. The new faucet is lighter weight and has a more plastic feeling particularly in the neck and spray head. Even the nut holding the faucet to the sink has thinner walls then the previous generation version. It seems like Moen is trying to save pennies wherever they can. Moen does have a lifetime warranty for leaks and drips but if the faucet body cracks they'll probably call it product abuse and deny your warranty claim. I don't know if this cheapening is a real problem or not, it may take years for any real issue to show up and by then Moen will have discontinued this faucet for a new version.

Looks good and works smoothly
Good looking and high quality product. Water flows smoothly and sensor works flawlessly, turning the water on and off quickly. The hose within the faucet is connected to the water dispenser to prevent leaking. Not cheap, but worth it.

Downgrading my review to 1-star since it broke after 10 months!
I love this thing! FYI: Prior to this Moen Motionsensing faucet I had the Delta Touch2O the touch sensing faucet. Originally I did like the Delta Touch, although the installation was really difficult. Took about 2.5 hours, had to use a plumbers wrench to tighten the nut on the faucet threads in the tight, tight space underneath the sink. Honestly, about 1.5 hours was spent on tightening the nut alone on the Delta faucet. Those of you who have installed kitchen faucets before know what I'm talking about. Its a really tight space with very limited room for a wrench. Its very slow and tedious work. Well, I'm happy to say that Moen included a very simple but invaluable tool inside this Moen 7594ESRS Arbor with Motionsense. This hard plastic cylindrical tool fits right over the nut while you hold it engaged underneath the sink. All you have to do now is simply twist it with the help of a screwdriver and like magic you're done! I did not have to contort both of my hands/fingers/wrist to fit a wrench under the tight kitchen sink area to tighten the nut under the faucet. This simple tool completed the task in about 10 seconds what took about 1.5 hours with my four previous kitchen faucet installs with other brands. It took less than 45 minutes for me to install this by myself. FYI, I am not a plumber. This is the 5th kitchen faucet I've ever installed in my life. I'm sure those who are more experienced than me may be able to do this in 20 minutes. In summary: PRO's: 1] Installation is a breeze! If this is your first time installing a kitchen faucet then consider yourself spoiled by this Moen. Trust me, there are other systems that are much, much more difficult to install. 2] Motion sensors work! You'll notice two sensors, one on top of the faucet arch and one closer to the handle. The one on top can be used to both turn on and off the water. However, the sensor closer to the handle (the one facing you) will only turn on the water (ie. will not turn off water when you wave at it). This makes sense because you don't want to inadvertently turn off the water while you're actually doing the dishes since your hands will be in close proximity to this sensor while you're washing the dishes. 3] Even includes velcro attachment for the battery pack! This was a nice touch. With my Delta Touch2O Touch sensing faucet the battery pack was complete exposed to the air and there was no included way of keeping it off the floor of the sink undercabinet (you don't want the battery pack to get wet or touch anything). But the Moen system included velcro to attach to the battery pack and so you can attach it to any part of the inside wall of the undercabinet. Very nice little touch. They thought of everything. CON's: 1] Expensive. I paid about $375 for this. Sure, there are European brands that charge more and may appear fancier (but without touch or motion sensing capabilities). But $375 is still kinda pricey. 2] That's about it. Overall, an excellent system. I will provide updates as time goes on UPDATE (25 October 2017): Now that time has past since first installing this faucet I can securely state that this is awesome! After the 6 month mark I had to change the batteries. The first sign was that the motion-sensing became inconsistent. Sometimes it would turn on with my hand motion over it and sometimes it wouldn't. Also, the blue indicator light would stay on even after the water stopped flowing. After about a week of this (I'm ashamed it took me that long to realize this) I changed the batteries and the problems were gone. It went back to working perfectly. Now I know to change the batteries about every 6 months. Twice a year battery change isn't bad. UPDATE (11 November 2017): I'm downgrading my review to only 1 star. After only 10 months of use, this Moen Touchless kitchen faucet has given out. Yes, I tried replacing the batteries. And yes, they were fresh, brand new batteries that had expiration dates well into the 2020's. Then I replaced them again from a different brand (brand new also) and still didn't work. I checked the Moen website troubleshooting section and went through them carefully. Moen was not able to solve my problem. The water no longer turns on and the blue light is out. I even went as far as taking the whole Moen apart, checking the electrical box. So, I replaced this Moen with a different brand faucet.

Attractive, functional - a winner for me
I've had Moen faucets in my house since I moved in 12 years ago, and they've worked great the whole time. I wanted to get one for my kitchen with an integrated pull down sprayer, and I'm happy that I picked this one. It's worked great for me. The video just provides a quick view of the faucet and some of the features. I hope it helps with your decision. Overall, I'm happy with this and have no real complaints. It looks nice and functions well, and I really like the added height of this model compared to my older faucet. It makes cleaning pots and pans a lot easier. Some quick things to note: - The handle can be positioned anywhere, as there are no set locations. So, you can have it on either side or anywhere in between. Very handy. - The pull down spout has a switch that lets you toggle between a stream and a spray, and you can hold the switch in to stop the flow of water. - Installation will be easier if there are two people because there's nothing to keep the faucet from falling over before the retaining nut is tightened from the bottom. I managed it, but it did fall over on me once. Also, because there are no features to set the clocking of the handle, and because tightening the retaining nut will cause the fixture to spin, having a second person to hold it in place would be helpful. - The hose connected to the pull down spout has a weight that you attach under your sink to pull the spout back into place when you let go. Because of where my pipes run under my sink, the weight clunks against them when I pull the spout down. The location of the weight is adjustable, but I wasn't able to completely avoid the pipes. It's just something to consider, but you may not have that issue, and I still like it even though it happens to me. I recommend Moen as a brand, and I think this model is worth your consideration. UPDATE 01/21/2013: Hi, everyone. After buying and installing this faucet, I was given the amazing privilege of being able to try out the Motionsense version in chrome, the Moen 7594EC , as part of the Vine program. I also did a video review for that one, and I wrote up my thoughts about the two different versions. I figure that you might be trying to decide between the two versions like I was last October, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask in a comment.
