WONDERFUL HERB
I make an herbal infusion of this tea in order to assist in clearing my adrenal glands and for lymph support.It really works! Imo.I take 1 oz of herb and put it in a clean jar with 4 oz of boiling water.Let it steep for 24 hours. Strain the herb, drink the liquidDrink 1 c a day, I like to drink it cold.

Effective, mild tasting herb. It sped up my lymphatic system significantly during my health fast. I am confident in this product and herb for moving lymph.
