I was a little skeptical, but thought it might make some improvement so I'd try them. I bought all 3 types - SMILE, FOCUS, SLEEP. Huge difference immediately. There was a haze before using normal LED bulbs (from a brand that has been making bulbs for decades). Right away the room appeared crisp and clear using the same wattage SMILE. I don't know that I would have believed the difference if someone had told me without me seeing it for myself. (So jaded from marketing, and phony reviews.) SLEEP really helps me. The first night - no lie - I slept 11 hours straight. I felt so refreshed when I woke up. Since then, I get a normal 6-9 hours a night, but I wake up feeling more clearheaded. As for FOCUS, I have only used it a few times at my desk, but I do see clearer. It's an expensive set of bulbs, but I'm saving money by not needing Tylenol as much. :)

i think it triggered a manic phase. for better or worse, these do 'envigorate' you. if you are holding back, this light will encourage you to do it. any of it. love, violence, thinking. it is suggestive. And I will leave it to someone else. It does seem to have some aggressive effect.

I didn’t like the color of this light at all and I have several of these lightbulb brands in my outlets. It was too harsh and too unpleasant so I returned it.

I got this light to replace the bulb in my office. Upon opening the box, it was surprisingly heavy. I easily swapped it with the bulb that was already in my light. Had it up in running in less than 30 seconds. The light is quite bright and had a “cold” tone. But it’s not too harsh and doesn’t give off a florescent feel. So far, I love it! I’ve been working on my laptop and reading under it and it’s the perfect amount of light and brightness to zone in and get work done!

Not sure if it was worth the money. Wish it were a little cooler. It is over my head when I read in bed and makes me feel too warm.
