Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard, Supports 3rd Gen AMD4 Ryzen, PCIe 4.3

Like i said i like the fact it has decent vrms, usb type c 3.2 and rgb lights and header too, 10/10 recomend.

Very nice board, good PCIe slot options, two m.2 slots, and a nice smart look with backlight RGB. only thing that annoyed me was that the light blue USB ports on the back are plain old USB 2.0 and the blue is for some fancy surge protection or something, granted i didnt read the specs properly but its easy to assume all the ports on the back are USB 3.0 minimum.

Only thing I dislike is placement of usb 3 header and some of placement of sata data ports as cables either too short or bit finicky.But it's good motherboard with support for 5700x Ryzen with b550 chipset. Last chipset to support am4.

Had to download the instructions as the layout of the motherboard wasn't clear!! Not the best board but it does the job!!

Been using ASRock motherboards since the very beginning of their existence. But this is the first time I use a gaming motherboard. Despite being micro atx, this board does pack everything needed and does allow some space for upgrades.

I've built dozens of systems and so I'm very familiar with the PC building process. This is a very nicely laid out board with plenty of fan and RGB headers and I initially had high hopes for it. However, this one appeared to be dead on arrival. Every time it got part way through the boot cycle and then froze with the debug lights showing VGA and Boot problems (and both my GPU and SSD work fine in other computers). A quick web search shows plenty of people having the same issue with this board, so it's either faulty or has compatibility issues. It's the first time that I've come across this problem. Not recommended.

Great motherboard for entry into the Next Gen PCI 4.0, paired with a Samsung 980 gave biltering speeds, connected old 970 to the second M.2 interface and the OS was copied across in seconds, bloody amazing

Ignore ppl complaining about boot issues you just need to make sure you have 3200 mhz ddr4 and make sure you give the board time to do its first boot, mine took about 30 seconds but after that it was fine, it took a ryzen 5600 no issue. Vrm temps are stellar even in a cramped SSF build. Pci E 4.0 x16 and a gen 4 m.2 slot plus gen 3.0 m.2 makes this a very compelling board

This product is just another example of how the manufacturers have their finger on the pulse of what the end user really needs. Somewhere 25 years ago i gotr drawn to the 'fancy, all plastic, colorful and lite em up" products. I use to just buy bog standard 'no frills' mainboards. Thats what this is and i am glad to have broken free. This board is tops with me...rememeber that the new bios thinks differently than years ago. Good job

Non è possibile aggiornare il BIOS senza cpu e ram, tutto il resto è ottimo... Super consigliata al 100% asrock non ha nulla da invidiare a altri brend, il BIOS è ottimo tutto top
