These are very strong and if you put them in the right place your eyes will water. If you have them in the right amount of water they are very strong. That being said they definitely clear your sinuses and they do last for a whole shower you have to adjust where they're at to get the right amount of vapor you want.

These were a gift and I purchased them again because of the smell and soothing steam it provided.

They make the entire bathroom smell good they have a very strong eucalyptus fragrance. I love these.

I was excited and looking forward to using these , however what I’ve realized is while they do smell good, the scent dissipates rather quickly. Also in order for you to actually smell the fragrance they have to be in water , not directly under the shower head but in some sort of stream.

These are SOOOO nice! I love setting them in the shower while I'm showering. They smell great, help clear my sinuses, and take just the right amount of time to dissolve. I've tried other brands, but this one is the best!
