The book has a lot of good information, but frankly, most people who need this information the most will probably find it a bit too "heady", and difficult to get through.

As a type 2 diabetic I was very disappointed with this book.It was extremely small and I learned nothing that I hadn't been told by my diabetic nurses! I thought that, as it had been written by a professional, there would have been many more helpful tips!
