To be honest I was expecting more of a matcha flavor but it tastes mostly like strong green tea. It’s still pretty good and relaxing. I would probably opt for something else when I want a caffeine boost because this one feels very light, but I still enjoy the convenience of these pods.

These cups have a very good flavor to them. I’m trying to drink more green tea and I don’t think I’ll have any problems after ordering these!

This review is strictly for the VitaCup Sleep Fuel Instant Tea Packets. It’s disgusting. It almost tastes like vomit. And another person left a review that said use warm water and very little water enough to dissolve and drink it in a shot. It’s awful tasting but on the flip side very effective. It relaxed me helped me sleep. I would totally recommend it if you need to relax and get a good restful Night of sleep just beware of the taste and smell.

Ok for a detox is gross tasting though. I even added honey for some flavoring and could barely choke it down. Probably won't buy again.

I was pretty skeptical about this stress buster tea making a dent reducing my stress. i’ve always been the anxious, worried about everything type of person who’s always tense, i find it hard to relax especially after taking a new job in healthcare during this pandemic that’s thrown my whole schedule off. i’ve literally taken medications in my lifetime for anxiety/stress so i do feel i’m someone who can speak about this having tried both the pharma & then natural measures. WELP, this tea has been everything for me! i really wasn’t expecting it to chill me out - but it ABSOLUTELY DOES! not to the point i feel like i’m gonna fall asleep... just a really nice chill feeling, where everything worrying me just seems more manageable & less heavy! i’m making another order, i’m so beyond pleased! i’ve been venturing out to try natural measures to tackle things & having worked in medical field since i was legally able to work, i always just thought medicines were the only thing that worked... boy, was i missing out on some really great medicines from nature! & it also feels amazing that i’m *not* having to take a medication, that it’s all natural. i’m really happy to have found this, this tea has become a staple in my nighttime routine. about an hour before bed, i make myself a cup and then i’m ready to just relax and go to bed shortly after! i don’t like to go to bed stressed/anxious, which is why i primarily wanted this for before bed... BUT, i have had this tea 1 or 2 days during the day on my days off, when i felt the stress getting to me. it’s become a part of my self care routine - it smells like beautiful flowers and tastes like the most amazing flowers you could ever imagine too! the smell, the warmth (especially during the cold winters here), everything about it just adds to the effects. it truly does help my stress and i’m a fan forever! i even want to venture out to the other ones, like beauty... since i know the stress buster is such a gem. feels great to find such an amazing product! for anyone who caffeine makes them anxious like me, & is anxious in general like me, definitely try these caffeine free stress busters!

My first time getting green tea and it is my favorite, the taste is amazing and I only use a spoon full of honey to sweeten, and it is amazing. Thank you for the experience and new found love for green tea.
