A good option for the average rider
I suppose anything is better than my 30 year old Avocet saddle. I've had many saddles before, and this one is a good value for your ducats. I use this for my road bike set up for indoor stationary training. The time came for a change when my legs and feet were going numb afer a few miles. This isn't the most padded option, nor is it the least. I find myself comfortably pedaling past 10 miles with no discomfort after proper adjustment. I will consider this for an upgrade on my other bikes when the time comes.

Comfortable for long rides
I would not describe this as "comfortable" in the sense of a soft, squishy chair. The Volt is very thin, firm, and dense. However, I would say it is very comfortable in the sense that it supports you properly and allows you to ride uninhibited. If you're looking for something soft and squishy, you should not be looking at any WTB products. Now with that out of the way, here's why I'm loving this saddle:For reference, I'm coming from a Marin Fairfax with the stock saddle. This Volt saddle is actually slightly firmer than the stock Marin saddle. But it feels completely different. I would say the Volt probably has about 1 inch of very firm padding. However, it is extremely effective. The shape is really what makes it work. Slight curvature which is very noticeable while sitting. This gives you a few different positions. Slide back on the saddle and hunch down, and you are sitting on the "whale tail", the up-curved back. This feels good, and gives you a little extra leg power. Slide forward and sit up, and your sit-bones are cradled near the center edges, which actually relieves a ton of pressure, as you're able to be supported partially by the sit-bones and partially by the fatty part of your butt up against the tail of the saddle. Switching between these positions during your ride helps give your sit-bones a little rest. That was something I couldn't do with my stock saddle.Normally I enjoy long rides of 20+ miles (2+ hours) on roads/pavement. Recently I did a 70 mile ride. Generally on my old saddle after 20 miles I would start to get sore, mainly from lack of different sitting positions or from chafing. I also tried a gel pad/cover for added squish. It felt softer, but didn't help with long distance. According to WTB, less padding will be more comfortable for longer rides. Enter the Volt. It supports your body and reduces pressure points. The best thing about this saddle is that you'll literally forget it's there - after completing a long ride I realized that during the ride I hadn't had to stand up once! I used to stand up constantly on the old saddle to get a quick break from the pressure and chafing. The outer material is fantastic. It's not sticky or plasticy feeling like most other saddles. It feels like a premium leather-like material that has the perfect amount of grip but is still easy to slide around on.So my final verdict is: After fine-tuning the position and tilt of this saddle, it is really comfortable and eliminates almost all pressure. Once you adjust to how it feels you'll forget it's there. I would NOT recommend it for the average person who is looking for a comfy chair; but it is a great option for enthusiasts who ride a lot.I was debating between the WTB Pure, Speed, and Volt. I did end up getting the Pure as well, but have to say that the Volt is superior to the Pure for endurance. The Pure is just a tiny bit longer and wider, and has probably 1/4 inch more padding. But the extra comfort of the Pure means it starts to wear on you after a couple hours. The volt being so small and thin is actually what makes it more comfortable for the long-haul.

Just a Really Good Saddle
I've been on a quest to find the perfect saddle for my exploration/adventure bike, and this is pretty dang close. It seems well-made thus far, is sufficiently padded, doesn't chafe like my previous saddle, and is sufficiently large for my wide sit bones.I think it looks good, too, with the black color I prefer in my saddles.

Installing my new WTB Volt saddle
I'm very happy with the WTB Volt saddle. It seems to be holding up well.

Comfortable Saddle
Nice comfortable saddle for a reasonable cost, and a reasonable additional heft. No negative comments to say. I have had a tough time finding a seat that didn't bother me after an hour of use. Something in this one just works for me. I have a ton of saddles and nothing was remotely close in comfort.

Good Quality and Comfort for the Price
This saddle is pretty comfortable compared to my factory saddle on my Trek Fuel eXE 9.5. Quality and toughness seems good. It's firm but has some padding. I would recommend for someone doing medium to longer MTB rides and not wanting to break the bank. There are certainly better saddles but they can be very expensive. This is a good mid-tier saddle for the prices.

Feels great!
The best bike saddle I've owned so far. I got the titanium version and my scale weights this in at 234 grams. Looks and feels comfortable. Padding is thick enough for my comfort. Highly recommended.

Perfect for me.
I thought I needed a wider saddle, but after getting a bike fit, it turned out that I didn't need a wider one, I needed a flatter one. The fitter put one of these on and it made all the difference. Bought this one to put on an old bike I have on an indoor trainer. Granted, this one is not the carbon version that was put on my gravel bike, but obviously weight doesn't matter on a trainer and it was less than half the price. Same comfort.
