I had a problem with my first delivery and after simply requesting a refund because my order was incomplete, this company approved me return and then send me the complete product at their expense. I do not understand how these glasses can be so inexpensive! I love them so much! I actually bought four pair (2 sets) in case a pair broke because I love them so much! I have had them for weeks and none have broken; the quality is that great! The actually quality of protection for my eyes is wonderful as well. I love them!
