Very good collection of songs. I know all of them, seen them twice. CD is in excellent shape. Stone fans get this one.

Great cd

I grew up with the 'Stones providing a backdrop of music, beginning in my teen-aged years. While not all of the tunes on this disc were favorites of mine, nonetheless this disc contains all of their earlier hits.What impressed me the most however, was the quality of the sound on this CD. Even though some of these tracks were originally recorded in the early 60s, they sounded like they were cut just yesterday. Truly an excellent addition to anyone's music library.

All I did was replace the disk, but the collection is super,and any fan of rock in the 60s,70s,and 80s should have it.The collection starts in 1964 and covers 26 years-until 1990-and was put out by the magazine that was also the foremost authority on music, especially rock...Rolling Stone (doesn't have anything to do with the group the Rolling Stones,except that they are another rock band).

I liked getting the best of their songs from the 64-71 era. Good introduction to their music for people new to their music.
