How long does it take to feel a improvement in brain fog if one has a choline deficiency?

Um....not sure. I did not find this product effective. Took it for a month and did not receive results.

How long before you started to notice short term memory improvements?

I wouldn't describe it as short term memory improvements, maybe there are but I havn't noticed them. Within an hour of taking a pill it is significantly easier to tune out background activities. I work in a open workspace with about 100 desks. It gets noisy with all the conversations going on around me. This helps me focus on my tasks for a few hours.

Which is best for liver detox, Choline or Betaine?

Well Citicoline the medicine in the picture is more used for Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia, head trauma, cerebrovascular disease. Which is so far so good. Now the ones for better Liver Detox Choline is used more for liver disease, including chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. And Betaine is more for benefits for fighting heart disease, improving body composition, and helping promote muscle gain. Hope this helps.
