Fantastic product
Wish I had this several years ago. It works great. Don't have to ask a stranger to take my phone and snap a picture because the bluetooth remote works so well. Much better than a selfie stick and easy to setup

I've got a few of these already and they work very well in various positions. Very versatile

Good product
It's good for the value. It does what it is supposed to do. It is compatible with the tripod I have, and very stable. I am able to move it how i need to to get the type of content I film for. There are times i have to re-adjust due to things coming unscrewed or untightened but for the price, I am still really pleased with the product and would buy again.

Great value, fits standard camera mount, the shutter remote is an excellent bonus
This adapter holds a typical smart phone (up to 4-1/8" wide; see photos). I already owned a stand with a standard camera mount (1/4-20 thread), and this was a perfect addition. It's not going to survive a drop to a hard surface, but hey this is for a camera/phone, you need to be careful anyway. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, and especially the inclusion of the remote, for the very reasonable price I paid. Others mentioned the lack of instructions for the remote, but mine came with brief instructions (photo). In the photos I also show the adapter attached to my stand, both with and without the phone. This product was useful immediately! I recommend this as a budget item for a non-professional.

A hassle to mount/unmount a phone
The mount is fine, plastic but sturdy enough. The issue I have is that the phone holder is screwed in. When I'm trying to take night pictures, and the mount is horizontal, it's really hard and a hassle to screw the phone in the holder, then I want to adjust it, have to unscrew the mount, rescrew it back in. I ended up getting another that has a spring to hold the phone in the mount. I'm keeping this as a backup, but I wish I'd just gotten the other spring one to start with. Also, zero instructions for setting up the wireless camera remote.
