Quality tiles, excellent customer support
We ordered a set of the mocha tiles for our basement home gym. The tiles arrived faster than expected and were quite thick and durable. There are slight gaps in the puzzle joints in some tiles but I believe this is because our concrete floor is not perfectly flat, and it's not the fault of the tiles. There is a slight rubber odor but that is to be expected...the odor has been decreasing every day since we installed the tiles. American Floor Mats was very accommodating with a customer service issue that was quickly resolved. Overall, we made a good choice with these floor tiles and they have really improved the look and functionality of our home gym.

Great Quality
We have had these for about 6 months now and they’re great. They are extremely durable and great quality for the price.

Worth it
This is my 5th time buying from this company. Everything fits together great. Look and feel is great. Odor fades quickly. Only drawback is when you patch in years apart like I did, the new ones take time to fade and match.

Pretty Good - Notes for installation trouble
Overall, pretty good flooring. It’s tough, sturdy, and I only had medium-sized problems with the fit. This is in our garage that we converted to a gym - so there’s some visible seams, but not that big of a deal and they’ll settle over time.Installation/Fit issues:There were a few pieces that appeared to be warped or cut wrong; meaning, 2 sides would fit perfectly but the 3rd was 1/2” or so off beyond the next connection point. Sometimes on a single side, one area would fit but another wouldn’t. At first, thought this kinda ruined the flooring because if I tried to force them together, they’d bubble, and then stamping that bubble caused another, et cetera. (See pic for example of one such bubble on the last piece). Then I remembered that ultimately this stuff is rubber. Here’s my solution if you have some pieces that just aren’t quite fitting:1) Force the jigsaws together using a hammer. Regardless of if a bubble forms (and it usually will). A hammer works and it saves you from tearing up your fingers. If you’re lucky, hammering won’t cause a bubble and it’ll just force the pieces to agree with each other.2) Put weights on all the edges and the bubble - essentially, force the thing as flat as you can with weights. Do this as much as you need to in order to control the bubble. Contain it to one piece.3) Get a space heater (if you have one) and turn it on high pointed towards the area of the bubble/unevenness.Ultimately what I saw happening was pieces being warped for WHATEVER reason - temp swings, transport, foundation isn’t totally flat, etc. These things are rubber and therefore can/will stretch and warp naturally. You just have to tell the rubber what it will be doing from now on, smash it down, heat it into settling, and wallah. Now if they are WAY off-cut like a couple reviews here, this WILL NOT work. My seam teeth at most were 1/2” to 3/4” off and at least in line with the intended receptacle.Covered our 12’x20’ garage gym.Bonus tip: if you need to cut some of these to fit the wall edges like I did, use a snap-off utility blade with a brand new blade. These things are tough and they need an extremely sharp and ideally bendable blade against a straight guard (like a 3ft level) to cut straight, true, and through.

Just like the pads at your gym.
Love the product. Exactly what I was looking for to convert one bay of my garage to a workout center. Started by ordering 4 wide by 8 long but that was a mistake. We ended up with 5 wide by 9 long to get good coverage in that bay. Very easy to press together and have been working out on it for a week. Exactly what I had hoped for. There are other pads out there that are thicker. But they are not made of the same tough material these are. Great Product IMO!

Worth Every Penny
If you're trying to put a squat rack in your bedroom like the ultimate bachelor and need some floor protection, look no further. Thick enough to protect that hardwood (rubber, not foam), and the most reasonably priced set I could find. Awesome quality; I bought the 2x3 set (just barely fit under my Titan T3 squat rack), used them heavily for a few months, and just bought the extra pieces to make it a 3x4. I am floored by the result.

Gym Mats-interlocking
Nice mats that go together easily to for a large area. Website has a final dimension selector so you will get all the correct pieces. Low Oder at first, but none now after a few weeks. Stay together and nice dense rubber that’s heavy so it doesn’t move.
