I can’t say how well these are for weight loss since I’m mostly using them for energy , but for that I think they’re great! I have Chronic fatigue, and I only take one pill in the morning and it usually helps me get up and do some chores around the house (which for me is actually saying a lot!) this is a huge quantity given my purpose and will last a long time for the price . I think if the energy is there , the weight loss is sure to follow , since we can’t do anything without energy. Literally. At all. Haha

I took the raspberry ketone capsules as directed for over 3 weeks. I had extreme bloating with zero weight loss. Returned and will not purchase again.Update: I decide to try these raspberry ketone capsules again. I thought that maybe I did not take them long enough for them to work. This time I started taking them around March 21, 2021. Today is May 12, 2021, and I have not lost any weight, not even one pound! I used a different brand of raspberry ketone in the past and lost weight the first week. Unfortunately, that company no longer produces raspberry ketone, which is why I decided to try this brand. Do not waste your money on these!

Now, I haven’t lost any weight since i’ve been taking these but i have not been working out. But, these pills have suppressed my appetite which i love! I highly recommend these!

After weeks of getting into ketosis rather quickly, I thought that I would try these raspberry ketones for the days that I just did not have it in to take in all fat I needed to remain in ketosis. What a mistake that was, even with staying on my strict keto regimen, I was getting knocked right of my ketosis state after taking these raspberry ketones. I am returning ASAP and would not recommend for anyone that is on a serious keto journey. After going back to my regimen and not taking these raspberry ketones .. honey, I am back in ketosis so that just proves these are not good if you are on keto. Definitely returning.

I did notice a decrease in my appetite but, I haven't seen a change in my clothes or the scale just yet.

It says to take three capsules a day. It does not tell you to take them all at once or to take them separately. There are no instructions. I’ve only taken one day’s supply and I don’t feel anything. I’m not even sure if I’m taking them the right way.

One needs to go on the actual diet , not sure if these are necessary if one did
