Does what a calculator should do!
Needed something for desk that could assist with basic accounting. I find adding numbers together to be quite a depressing chore, so my laziness compelled me to buy this, and it's made my life a lot simpler. It's pretty difficult to accidentally knock another button (like you would if you used your phone) as the buttons are thick and quite spaced apart, the display is large and clear, and there's an off button. It does all the simple calculations. And it looks nice on my desk too. (And prevents me from getting too distracted since I have no excuse to use my phone now ;) ) Good purchase.

Best reliable brand ever!
My used Casio Desk Top calculator has been sacrificed last week after 15 years! I'm a super fan of this reliable brand! Love to heard that sound when tapping! Just what I wanted for! Good value for money! Thanks

Perfect calculator
Calculators aren't exactly hard to come by, but decent quality ones are. So rather than opting for another supermarket-own variety, I looked for a decent make.Can you really go wrong with Casio? This is a fantastic product that is not only well made, but looks really cool too (The beige tones are straight out of 1986)One of the most important aspects is how well it functions, and my expectations were beaten. I absolutely love the feel of the buttons on this product. They are chunky, have a nice long travel with smooth movement, and are precise all the way to the edges. I'm also impressed with the size of the calculator - it is much larger than the images suggest.Also, I appreciate the back-up battery for when light energy is low, as well as the Off button.

Basic calculator that is well laid :)
Very happy with this very affordable and basic calculator from Casio, as the buttons are well laid out and reasonably spaced apart,The calculator has an off button unlike others I have seen, which will help preserve the battery life,I also really like the rubber feet on the base as it stops the calculator moving/falling off you desk,Highly recommend it :D5/5( Click “Helpful” if this helped ^__^ )

I purchased this small calculator for my home office and I'm very impressed with it, also its good value for the money which cost.Its a Casio - solar powered. The MX8S works on solar power and has a 1.5v battery (LR54 included) as a battery back up and has an automatic power-off. Casio quality and value.
The Casio MX-8B calculator arrived in blister type retail packaging with instructions printed clearly on the rear. The device is made from good quality materials and operates by battery (included) or solar with an auto off feature. The large buttons are well spaced and have a smooth operating action and the 8 digit LED display is large and easy to read.The Casio MX-8B is available in black or white and available in many high street stores/supermarkets and online stores but Amazon are currently selling the device for £3.00-4.50 cheaper.Purchased direct from Amazon with fast free shipping. Highly recommended.

The sums add up on this one!
I would always plump for Casio when buying calculator, as I have used a few in my time.I bought this as I am currently studying accounts, and I need a reliable device with big buttons I can use quickly in exam conditions. I don't need any fancy functions.I was impressed! It is exactly what I was looking for. The buttons are tactile and can be used at speed. The two way power is a must for me and as usual the device is well made.Yes there are cheaper calculators out there, however at a fiver you get everything you need, and none of the issues with lesser quality ones.

Quality calculator, brand name, well made, easy to use!
This calculator is really handy if you need to do basic calculations on a regular basis. My work involves updating spreadsheets containing metrics, performance data and other statistical information. I use this handy calculator all the time to check data. The slightly oversized 8 digit display is really easy to read. I like that the display is slightly angled upwards. The buttons are nicely sized - it's easy to quickly move around the keys to do fast calculations. The calculator is well made. This is excellent value for money from a leading manufacturer.Highly recommended.

Calculadora básica y perfecta para principiantes.
Queríamos una calculadora para un niño de 7 años y ésta es perfecta. Botones grandes y posibilidad de alimentarse por pilas o por energía solar. La pantalla se ve muy bien, con buen contraste. Supuestamente hay una nueva versión con opción de conversión Euro a moneda local, pero para el uso que le va a dar lo veo innecesario.Casio es la marca de referencia en calculadoras, por lo que no tendrás problemas en años.La recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Tamaño y visibilidad perfectos
Lo que más me gusta de esta calculadora es que es sencilla y ofrece unas teclas grandes y una pantalla que muestra los números con gran claridad. También que tiene una plaqueta fotovoltaica y botón de apagado. Lo malo es que se usan puntos como separadores decimales y comillas como indicadores de unidades de millar.

Auch im Büro nutze ich ähnliches Modell von Casio, dieser ist jedoch dunkelgrau.Sicherlich werden sich einige Fragen warum ich Taschenrechner oder Tischrechner von Casio bevorzuge. Casio baut Taschenrechner die robust, langlebig und zudem genau rechnen. Die Tasten sind, wie nicht anders zu erwarten, Prellfrei. Auch in den Abendstunden wenn man am Schreibtisch sitzt und lediglich die Schreibtischleuchte den Arbeitsbereich des Schreibtisches beleuchtet, funktioniert der Taschenrechner ausgezeichnet.Kann der Taschenrechner Punkt vor Strich rechnen, nein und das braucht er auch nicht!Ich kann folgendes aus eigener Erfahrung berichten: In den Büros in den ich tätig gewesen bin, habe ich selten erlebt das die dort verwendeten Tischrechner, dieses konnten. Ich persönlich empfinde dieses sogar negativ und störend.Ich kann ihnen den Taschenrechner nur wärmstes empfehlen, denn sie erhalten ein langlebiges und zuverlässiges Produkt!

Überzeugt als einfacher Taschenrechner für Leute mit dicken Fingern
Als Ingenieur oder Archtikt würde man sich bestimmt kein Gerät dieser technischen Klasse erwählen. Doch als einfacher Helfer für schwache Kopfrechner mit allen Funktionen ( Prozent, Wurzel, Memory, etc) ist dieser Rechner bestens geeignet. Nicht zuletzt durch seine geschmeidige Benutzung für Menschen mit dicken Fingern, die sonst schnell mal danebentippen. Auch seine Funktionstüchtigkeit durch Solarbetrieb bei mäßigem Licht ist absolut zufriedenstellend. Klare Kaufempfehlung!!

guter Taschenrechner
Der Taschenrechner hat eine gute Größe, nicht zu klein, nicht zu groß. Ich habe ihn in silberfarben genommen.Die Tasten lassen sich gut bedienen und für den Gebrauch zu Hause einfach klasse. Ich habe ihn nun schon länger in Gebrauch und er funktioniert tadellos.

Funktioniert einwandfrei.Super Größe: Relativ groß, so dass man bequem mit den Fingern beim schnellen Tippen die Tasten trifft und die Zahlen ordentlich lesen kann, aber nicht überdimensional riesig.Macht sich gut auf dem Schreibtisch und man muss nicht danach suchen.

Resistente y perfecta para oficina
Es la típica calculadora de oficina. Grande, cin botones cómodos y resiste caídas sin problema. Funciona con una pila botón en su interios o con una fuente de luz natural.

Quería una calculadora sencilla y con números lo suficientemente claros, para que una persona mayor la utilizase. Lo bueno es que tiene botón de apagado. Funciona también con pilas y energía solar.
