Definitely helps with the neuropathy in my feet and the numbness in my legs! I can just sit and watch tv while massaging away!

Both my parents and I really like this vibrating foam roller. It has 5 speeds, two different vibration modes, black portable bag, and includes the USB cable plus DC adaptor. Compared to cheaper models that my trainer uses, it feels sturdy and durable. It recharges fully in 5 hours (contains a lithium-ion battery), and provides 2 hours of use on the highest speed. While I have a vibration plate that I use for muscle recovery covering large areas of my body at once, this foam roller is great because you use it in localized areas (knees, calves, feet, arms, etc.) while you are watching tv (i.e. more comfortable positions than vibration plates). Using the roller was only very relaxing (starting dozing off to sleep after the timer finished - didn't even realize I was tired), and it has really helped with muscle recovery after workouts. Great price given its level of functionality, and the roller has three different waved pattern ridge shapes (providing different massage sensations and deep stimulation). Great product.

I ordered this because I kept having calf cramps/strains from running. I tried all sorts of other things (stretching, heat, ice, etc) and nothing would stop my calves from continually straining. Finally, someone recommended I roll my calves with a foam roller. I went online and ordered a regular roller and decided to order this one also to give this a try. Man oh man, did this one do the trick! I read several reviews that stated this was TOO heavy on the vibration and painful. I did not find this to be the case at all. It has several settings, including a rolling intensity of vibration which is what I prefer. This is wide enough that I can roll out both of my calves at the same time (and I am 5'11", 205 lbs) and I have found that if I do this for 10-15 min before a run (I run 4-5 miles every other day) and 15 min after my run, I don't get any calf cramping at all! I have also tried this on my back and lat area when I work out with weights and it does great in loosening up those muscles also! I really like this roller and would highly recommend it to anyone that has tightening muscle issues, especially on the legs.

Just received the item and tried it for 5 minutes and want to return it. No shipping label until they approve to send it back. I don't like this item. what now?

Product seemed well made but ultimately it was too harsh. The vibrations caused me more pain than they relieved. The Motors were strong but even on low they had a very rough feel. This may have been due to the high density of the foam padding in the design. The pain relief did not happen for me, quite the opposite. The design seemed sound but the implementation seemed to rough around the edges. Obviously this is very subjective to each user but for my lower back it was not a viable solution. In the end I returned the product.
