NeatDesk Desktop Document Scanner and Digital Filing System for PC and Mac - Black - with DVO cook'n Organizer software

Beware of buying the scanner if you are using Mac ElCapitan. The software developers for this company having been working on a fix for the "no Paper Found" driver errors since release of the software in October 2015. My 9 month old was working fine until I downloaded the new Mac ElCapitan software upgrade. The scanner is recognized but I am unable to scan and I get a message that says "no paper found". An updated driver is out there for a temporary fix, but it doesn't work and now my scanner is out of warranty. I initially thought that something might have gone bad with the scanner so I purchased another one, same issue on brand new out of box scanner. Loved my scanner when it was working but getting tired of waiting for this company to get a driver fix. Also recently received email that they will no longer support regular included desktop software. Must purchase an annual cloud software contract. Lowest level is $50 per year.

It's really not office friendly, anda tech support was not all that helpful

I really need it better excel files...it does not provide all the information I need.
