EpicProtein Bars, Beef Sea Salt Pepper, Keto and Paleo Friendly, 1.3 oz, 12 ct

love these bars (every flavor, honestly) i've been buying them for years and i think the textures great, the amount of protein, and how they are made with quality and simple ingredients. they are one of my favorite snacks while traveling, pre-gym, or hiking.

I'm sorry but anyone that doesn't like these is crazy. The flavor is awesome. As for the texture, they are not supposed to have a hard texture like jerky. So if your beef about them (pun intended) is that they have a mushy texture that is YOUR bad for expecting anything else. These are a bar not a jerky and have the EXACT texture a bar should have. If I had to pick a gripe about them it would be the price, they are expensive. We are reviewing the product though aren't we, not the price.

This product is way over priced for its poor quality and bad taste. It has a weird twang and does not taste like beef. I tried several pieces and they all had a grittiness at times and left a greasy taste in my mouth. Not good, do not buy.

A little spicier than what I expected. For sure got a kick. Other than that, good taste, good shelf life, nothing sketchy, nice texture. Little spendy but primarily used for emergency food in the car, so not terribly expensive for that purpose.

Bought these for my dad who is on the Carnivore diet. He said they were really good and even bought himself more from the brand.

A bit greasy and tastes like organ meat. Convenient protein if you need something to tide you over.

The grass-fed beef variety provides a good array of protein, vitamins, and minerals with no sugar. Some of the Epic snacks are a little more flavored, but I found these to be perfect for work where when I don't want a sugar spike if possible. Only 3g of carbs total. Other flavors are great too, but the beef ones are usually at a better price for 12 of them. Excellent products.

Bought the salt and pepper beef. I have to say The taste is edible but the texture is untolerable. I guess my husky will be getting these as an occasional treat. It's like a hamburger meat strip that has been cured. It's just not appetizing at all. Definitely won't purchase again. Absolutely wasn't for us. If it was the end of the world or I was starving I'd eat them before I ate grasshoppers. Might be for others but I'm sorry I bought them.
