Stopped working in just 6 months, there’s poor service from Fossil, haven’t been able to get it repaired since.Total waste of money!

Today I received my order and the product was defective.The belt strap of the watch was broken. Also, this was my replaced product.The earlier ordered watch was draining a lot of battery(not even keep up to 2 hrs on a full charge).I request all the buyers to look thoroughly into the product after being delivered.I have added pictures.Keep a check on the products AMAZON, it is a highly expensive product of a premium brand for a middle man of India.DISSATISFIED.

Battery is little problematic, rest 5 stars on brand and looks !!

looks premium with all the feature but you can only use it max to max 2 hours. If you're ready to charge it 2-3 times in A day. Then go for it. It's look amazing

Very disappointed with the product... Specially the ones amazon delivers.. I gifted this to someone a few months later to know that it was the worst choice ever.No Battery backup not a good OS to use. Kindly dont waste your money

After few usage magnet wears looses it's glew and belt becomes useless. Had to try to glew it with instant adhesive but it was of no use, had to purchase different belt to wear it.

Apart from the battery draining fast the features are amazing.. very useful but fossil needs to do something about the battery back up and modes......

So I bought this watch and was a very happy customer.... one day the watch decides that it won’t work anymoreI send it to the service center and after 2 months and a long chase they tell me that they cannot fix the watch and they are issuing a credit memoThis has been the worst experience ever be it the customer care cuz they don’t know their own product n the self proclaimed authorized service center.I would suggest don’t purchase this thinking bout the agony of dealing with them
