Tu Si Zi, powder

This is a great addition to my herbal mixture that I take for my hair. Dodder is a DHT blocker, just like Saw Palmetto, Pygeum Bark, and Nettle Root. I mix them all together with a couple of other herbs like Horsetail Grass and Angelica Root, organic tomato juice and pumpkin seeds (which are both also DHT blockers) and I also throw in a couple of scoops of minerals and Beta Sitosterol - and it's not bad - I eat a small bowlful sort of like porridge every morning.Of course it looks gross and certainly doesn't taste like candy but it's not horrible either and my hair is growing back and my skin is glowing, and no negative side effects like the prescription DHT blockers, so I'm happy and going to continue taking my herb mix :)

Big bag for the price great deal, if you research the effects of this according to TCM all I can say is it is worth trying!
