It works as expected
Ok, so I made two purchases here on Amazon for this stuff. I started with some small spray bottles (this order) and then progressed into a large 64 oz. bottle instead. I am going to just paste this review into the one for the larger bottle as well as it's the same.First the need. I renovated a pop up camper I got cheap. It was horrible with mold and mildew. I cleaned it for hours, scrubbing the inside canvas. After enough elbow grease, I got it all spic and span. At the first rain, it leaked like a sieve. I then realized that me cleaning it removed all of the water repellency on the inside fabric. I researched and found this 303 protectant. I initially purchased these smaller bottles but with the area I had to do, I should have purchased 1 or 2 of the larger bottles first.I applied this liberally to the inside fabric on the camper. **ENSURE YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS** Let it dry completely. I ensured it had at least 2 days to dry in the sun. No rain. On one day it was cool so I even placed a small radiator style oil heater in the camper to help it all dry. I then rechecked it after leaving the camper open in a heavy rain (or you could use a hose and a sprinkler). There were a few spots that I re-treated.VIOLA..it was water proof again! We also treated the newly redone cushions for the dinette too. Works great. Now, a word of advice. If you have a large area (anything that you would need more than one single spray bottle to cover) INVEST IN AN ELECTRIC SPRAYER. Lowes sells the hand sprayers that are battery operated (they may also here). They are designed for pesticides but work perfectly with this application. My hands were sore after the first day by spraying the manual sprayer. I used the electric sprayer for the remaining areas and it went quick and smooth. It covered the areas better than the manual sprayer ever could.I would certainly recommend this product. The large bottles should include the $5 sprayer.

Very happy with this product
My 2001 BMW 325 Ci fabric convertible top was in excellent condition as the car has been garaged for its entire life. However I have never treated the top in any way other than to wash with soap and nylon brush. Both the cleaner and fabric guard appeared to work well. It has since rained (yes it rained in southern California in September) and the water beaded off the top. The top looks gorgeous now, like new. I followed all instructions to the T. I hosed down the top and applied the cleaner with a nylon brush, rinsed it off and reapplied and then rinsed the heck out of it to remove all soap residue. I waited 24 hours for the top to dry in the sun and then in the garage before I applied the fabric guard. The cleaner goes a long way so next time I will only have to buy the fabric guard for a future application as I only have about 1/3 bottle left. I was going to brush on the fabric guard but instead decided to mask the windows and car body and spray it on. I used old sheets and towels and blue painters tape for masking. This worked well and the supplied sprayers worked as expected. I sprayed the fabric guard liberally from front to back and then side to side to be sure I covered the entire top. So far I am very happy with the results and will consider buying some of this companies other products, e.g. speed detailer & graphene detailer.

Works to refresh Sunbrella, get a different sprayer
Dried clear and seemed to refresh my old, expensive Sunbrella cushions. The cushions by my pool are white and were super expensive. We don’t leave them outside in the winter or overnight or when not in use but they started to lose their water repellancy with light cleaning and normal use. I washed the covers in the washing machine, put them back on the cushions and used this stuff. I bought 1 spray bottle and 1 huge refill. Ended up buying 2 more refills. Both because I have 1 couch, 1 chair, 4 chaise lounges, and about 10 throw pillows. You will SOAK the fabric with this stuff and it will take about 24 hours to dry. If you expect rain - put them in the garage but not the house. The smell while drying is strong like nail polish but goes away once dry.Once dry - the cushions will be soft again. I didn’t notice any staining or change of color. *Tip* buy a better spray bottle!! The one it comes with when you buy the sprayer sucks. It will get stuck, stop spraying, and your hands will be killing you!! I “permanently borrowed” one my husband had. See pictures
