After taking the product for a couple weeks I have noticed a great decrease in flatulence and bloating. I would have bloating in my abdomen as well as in my chest. This was not only painful but also unattractive. I am pleased with the product so far. Overall my digestive health has improved which is very vital for me as I have Lyme disease and other co-infections. Digestive health is a big problem for me currently and while I was already taking probiotics I have found that this one is a little bit more effective. I have seen a decrease in the need to defecate which I had to taken my previous product for at least three times as long before seeing that as a result. I have received my product as a sample from the Megared brand site and I will purchase this product in the future.

I have been looking for a Probiotic for gut health but got lucky to be paired up for a probiotic for beating heart and overall digestive health. I didn't have any reaction with this like an upset stomach or something making me run to the ladies room. It didn't provide any after taste when taking nor did it provide any flavor. To be honest, I am not sure what to make of this still after being on this for a week. I will just keep taking it until it is gone and see if my weight has changed any or if my waist has shrunk. :)

This has given me tremendous relief from my digestive issues after taking this for weeks. A few days after taking these, I have been able to regularly sit on the loo which lessened my bloating, burping and belching. No aftertaste and the capsules aren't too chunky but I wish it was smaller. The only downside was when it was delivered the box was not sealed and all crumpled. I will continue to take these and will probably buy after I'm done with my bottle. Lastly, I love that with every purchase they give back to those in need.

Very easy to swallow tablets, and no aftertaste .Great aid for digestive health. I experienced no side effects, less bloating and regular bowel movements after 3 days. I had increased gas symptoms the first 3 days, nothing major , after that everything felt great. it is duel action, for digestive health and to help with cholesterol levels that are already within normal range. love that it is cardiologist recommended. I've been wanting to try a probiotic for some time now to improve digestive health but there are so many different ones on the market. A friend recommended that I try this so I did. I've been taking it for just a week and I think there is a difference with my digestion! Will continue as it definitely beats eating yogurt everyday!

These capsules had great flavor and were easy to swallow! They are heart and cholesterol friendly and our something I would gladly take every day.Bodi-Ome capsules made a pretty good difference in my cholesterol levels. The capsules didn’t have a strong taste allowing for easy usage and the desire to keep taking them.
