My husband got down and was having trouble walking and I got him a regular urinal to use it was a mess I had to worry about spells in the middle of the night I was up and down every time he used it to empty it so it would not get spelled . So I went on a hunt for something that would make it easier and I come across this I read every review and decided to get this one and it arrive faster then said it would . And he used it that night. No more worries it was easy to hook to the side of his bed and real easy for him to use .no leaks no spills ,no getting up everytime he used it .easy to clean no smells I let him use it for 2 weeks before I wrote this review. So if you wont something to make it easier for your loved one to use try this one . And makes life easier for you to no more cleaning up spelled pee and no more smelling up the bedroom . It is thick the lid will not just pop off .this is a big life saver . And it holds. Alot of pee

We needed to make a couple of long road trips, and my husband was just dreading it due to the need to urinate frequently. I got this to give him peace of mind and a way to “go” if he is desperate and there is no place to stop. I choose this particular model because I wanted a clear container so that we could see how full it is, and I also chose the combination of the highest rated and best value. This is easy for him to use, easy to clean, and was a perfect solution. It’s large enough to do the job, does not make a mess, and small enough to fit discretely in a bag to take and empty it.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases. The hose and cup was very easy for my bedridden son to handle. I liked that the jug was semi-transparent, so I could see when it needed to be. You can't let the liquid get above the 2000 milliliter mark, or it will quickly overflow the next time it is used. The caps and connections are not leak-proof. I gave it 4 stars because the hose cracked near the cup after 2 months of use. I am using rubberized caulking to repair it, and when the caulking cures, I will reinforce that area of the hose with duct tape. Since there is no way to buy a replacement hose, I have to order another unit, just in case my patch job fails.UPDATE Nov 7, 2021: My patch job failed, so I cut off the hose at the split and reversed the hose. it took a lot of effort to stretch the other end to fit the stem of the cup, but it should give us another few months of use. I also reinforced the hose with duct tape and rubber caulking. If (and when) it cracks again, I will buy an automotive rubber hose and clamp it to the cup stem with an automotive clamp. So far, the container hasn't leaked, but overflow is a problem, as the cap and hose side are not water tight. On the advice of another reviewer, I set the container in a plastic tray to catch any leaks. Unfortunately, I do not see a similar product with better construction, but it does seem to work better than a standard urinal for my son.

This is a great bedside urinal for men or women! I am a retired nurse, this is the best urinal for home use I have ever seen. It sits on the floor and tux right under the bed so it’s not getting kicked or stepped on, the collection cup is a good size, not too big or small. The collection cup is small enough to fit between a persons thighs very comfortably, it is big enough to hold onto easily, the cup even has A lid. I would recommend for anybody, this would be great on a road trip. The only downside I see to this device is that the collection container that sits on the floor is very light when empty and could use a little weight on the bottom. I myself taped a couple of big washers to the bottom.

I bought this urinal for my father who is bedridden and sick with cancer. At first it seemed like the perfect solution for someone who cannot stand up and hates using the traditional urinals. He started out loving it but unfortunately, it didn't take long for him to change his mind. the problem is with the hose; if you don't extend the hose all the way up to let the urine drain down into the container, it backs up and leaks. I think the idea is great but leaves room for improvement. This would probably be better for someone less incapacitated.

I purchased this about 8 weeks ago for my partner who is bed ridden. The cup that you urinate into has a handle that lets you hang it onto the side bed rail, making it easy for him to know where it is and grab it when he needed. The bottom of the jug is wide and flat so it won't tip over and spill. The hose is plenty long enough. Emptying and rinsing is very simple and easy and not messy at all. It's large enough that I only need to empty it once a day. Even the Hospice aides and nurses that visit comment on how much better it appears to be than other urinals they've seen. Definitely superior to the little hand held jugs. I highly recommend and you can't beat the price!

This product is a well worth it. If you have any man that is immobile and unable to get to the bath room or has problems sitting up, standing up, get this!! It's very easy and convenient for them to use even with them laying on their side. Less spillage!! A bit extra to clean because of the hose, but for the convenience I can put up with that!! It has a wide bottom and sits FLAT on the floor and the hose is long enough you can hang the end near the person needing it. It holds enough that I only have to empty it once a day. It is well made. will buy again if something happens to this one.

It does what I need it to do. Works from the bed. No messes so far. Holds 200ml of liquid. It will leak a tiny bit where the hose goes into the container. I'd suggest placing it into a plastic tupperware container to prevent dribbles. Average to slighly above average will fit in the blue cup. I've had no leaks there.
