When you say Combo your saying 2 tool holders correct? Not a slice with it

It is as the description says: it includes the Magnetic tool holder; 7" side cutter; Super line scissors; Fishing pliers

Do the tools hold up to Salt water or rust right away ? How are the tool holder attach to the boat?

No tools are going to stand up to saltwater forever. I always wipe mine down with wd-40 after each trip and they stay looking nice. I have an aluminum boat and I attached mine with stainless sheet metal screws. Lots of ways to do it. Velcro strips would work as well if you wanted to remove your tools after your fishing trip for cleaning and storage.

Will this mount on a Lund sport track system or do i need to add a bracket?

I hard mounted mine at the helm. I would assume you will need to add a bracket. I would also discourage mounting in any orientation but vertical as the magnets aren't very strong. I am happy with the quality of the included tools.

Can this be mounted with 3M two-sided tape?

You can but mounting with screws is better.Pulling pliers and scissors out of holder would be tough on a tape mount.I mounted mine to a holder that fits in my lund sport trac.
