it was super expensive and very strong
I originally got Manuka honey for a wound on my horse but I have a 13 year old large dog that keeps choking and has had an infection or something, the vets can't figure it out, they suspicion its being caused by old acl surgerys from years ago but they really aren't sure why and he has been very very ill and on antibiotics and metacam off and on for about a year, he has taken a ton of medication. He has gotten sick enough I thought he was going to die when he goes off of them. This last antibiotic he was on for 6 weeks, it was super expensive and very strong. Same thing, took him off and he started going down, laying down, shaking, not feeling good, not walking well very sick again within one day.. I thought what the heck, I have manuka honey I am going to try it............amazing!!! By the next day he was up and going and within a couple of days he was feeling great and walking better than he has walked without metacam for a long time. The cough is almost totally gone and if he does have one here and there its usually when he drinks. He has also had bump on his tummy for years, they thought they was fatty tumors but when he started getting so sick they would get bigger. They are shrinking now. I put my little rat terrier on it, she was getting infections in her gums and teeth. She is doing great! Then I put my Saint Bernard on it because he was crying getting up and was hurting walking, he is much better. No metacam lately for either dog. I am not a Vet nor a Dr. I am just a person who read the benefits and tried it. I am also taking it and it has helped me from getting sick, helped my acid reflux and my stomach. I am a believer. As for Wild Cape I haven't tried many brands but I love it, much, much better than the first one I tried, sweet and smooth. I put it on my dogs unsweetened greek yogurt. They LOVE it! I believe in manuka honey I have seen the proof with my eyes! I have been using the 10+, I did buy a jar of the 15+ but I haven't used it yet.

It tasted like many other reviews have mentioned "like caramel"
This was my first time to try Manuka Honey. I have had mild gastointestinal problems throughout my life, and was diagnosed with chronic Gastritis about two years ago, so I wanted to see how this product would help. The product arrive and I immediately dipped a teaspoon into the bottle to taste it. I was thrilled ! It tasted like many other reviews have mentioned "like caramel". My daughter said it tasted like a Rolo candy. So far, because I havent used it long, I can't say that it has cured my Gastritis, but it certainly hasnt hurt it either. I'm sure it will take more than a few days use to see any results in that area. However, I put a dab on a cyst a have on my jaw overnight. The next morning the cyst had decrease by probably half the size !I really have never cared much for store bought honey or even the local honeys, as they are just too sweet. But this tasted like candy, and I have been eating it on oats, bread, putting it in my coffee and kefir. If you've never tried it before start out with the small (250mg) jar and see how you like it. Most likely you will.

It is Honey - Price went UP $7.00 in one day - Jars were full
I'm confident this is Manuka Honey. Jars were full, that's good. Price went up $7.00 in one day, that's ridiculous. Taste is okay. Don't have a clue if it works or not. I've been taking it for one month and don't realize any affect or effect. in reading other reviews, I'm interested in what it means when folks say "stuff's great", "wonderful product", etc. Now I'm trying to justify paying much increased price or trying other highly rated Manuka that's considerably cheaper, or giving up.

Tampered with???
Seal on jar lid had obviously been broken and honey had leaked out in shipping box.

Cured my son of constant runny nose
My (then 2 year old) son had a runny nose for 5 months that I couldn't figure out! After googling this, I read in one forum where a British mother had fed her toddler a teaspoon a day for several weeks and voila, clear nose. At $50, I was skeptical, but it worked. We don't need daily honey anymore, but I keep this on subscribe and save anyways. Awesome stuff. I must stress that we tested this with the 10+ Manuka honey but it didn't work like the 15+ did.

Wild Cape Munika Honey auto monthly delivery
Love the honey, however you raised the cost once I joined the auto delivery. Therefore, I give the auto service a 2 star. Honey is a 5 star product.

Amazing results on skin!
Purchased this for internal health reasons. To help with acid reflux mostly. Ended up putting it on my face to see if it would help with a large liver spot and a bunch of Actinic Keratosis spots. I have tried coconut oil, magnesium oil, tea tree oil, Mr. Morse healing salve, and several other products to get on top of the Keratosis spots. They are so bad that I have considered having them burned off, but I prefer natural cures. But the honey....WOW. What an amazing difference. Just amazing. The Keratosis spots are almost gone. My daughter has not really had bad acne, but for some reason in January she broke out terribly. Pimples large and small, all over her cheeks and chin, She started putting the honey on her face here and there, and started so see a difference. Now she slathers up twice a day without my prompting... and what a difference. The large, deep red inflamed pimples are all but gone. The carpet of smaller pimples is about 80% gone. I'm really flabbergasted at what this does for skin, which was not why I initially purchased the honey. I'm headed in to purchase another bottle.
