Is this magnesium trihydrate as nexium or dihydrate?

Do the capsules open easily?

I am guessing that you are asking because you have trouble swallowing capsules or pills, just so you know these are very small for capsules. Probably half the size (if not less) than most other Omeprozole type capsules I've taken, so swallowing these shouldn't be an issue. If that doesn't work, then yes, I just tried to separate 1 of my capsules and it did come apart pretty easily by lightly pinching top and bottom halves, and spinning slowly in opposite directions whole carefully pulling apart. I suppose you could mix with apple sauce or something if this is your only option.
