Works for tall people
This works very well for me. I am 6’4” and about 330 lbs. that is WAY below the weight limit of 450 lbs. the seat is comfortable and just gets to the small of my back. A shorter person might have a problem with that since it would be shoulder level for them. The seat is comfortable for me at the maximum height. There is so little made fir large tall people with knee problems that this is a delight.Word of warning. Be sure to bookmark the place where you purchased it. The video shows how to put it together and how to fold it up, but there are no instructions in the box n how to do this.

Walker is extremely well-built and looks great.
It will probably last forever. I sure hope so, since their customer service is, so far, non-existent. It has been 3 full weeks since I sent a detailed email and left a phone message requesting a call-back in regard to some problems with purchased accessories (also made by NOVA) that will not work with this model. NOT A SINGLE WORD in response. This purchase was to increase the quality-of-life for my mobility-impaired spouse.Update 4/19/2021 Still no response from customer service after ALMOST 5 MONTHS!!! My wife still loves this walker, but ZERO customer service.

DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS< THIS IS 2ND ONE THAT BROKE
Cheaply made, very poor welding, This is my 2nd Purchase where they broke 2 months later. No can tell me how to get a replacement. Purchased 8/24/2020, Will never buy the NOVA brand again, and i will spread the word. I am a senior citizen and can't afford this type big money for cheap product.

Not for bariatric-sized folks! ;-(
I was looking forward to receiving a rollator that would accommodate my weight and allow me to adjust seat height. Incredibly disappointing! This walker surely can't accommodate up to 450 lbs. I weigh 375 lbs and I feel totally "squished" sitting on a VERY small seat. The back rest is very uncomfortable. It was difficult to maneuver the wheels forward, even on a linoleum floor. While sitting on it, the front wheels were slightly bent inward. I had a Nova rollator for 8 yrs so I was eager to have a new one. I'm so disappointed that I have to return this rollator. I don't recommend to people 350 lbs and over. My husband weighs 240 lbs and the seat was just right for him. Oh, Nova, how could you have been so wrong on this one?

Could be better
The main problem with this walker is the backrest. If I was 6'2" and 200 pounds it might be great. But it is listed as bariatric. Maybe I misunderstand the term bariatric, thought meant persons that were overweight by a lot such as 5'8" and 350 pounds. My guess is I am wrong. The backrest is set so it pushes you too far forward in the seat. it needs to go back another 2 or 3 inches so A person can set fully on the seat If I was still able to work I would make a new backrest for it myself. I have no way of doing so any longer, so I guess that I am stuck with it the way it is. Other than that rather important item it seems to be well built and strong. it was easy to assemble and rolls nicely inside. I have not had it outside as yet. That will be the real test of the wheels to how wear resistant They are on the rough side walks and street I live on.

Walker is perfect for its purpose.
Very well mad, easy to maneuver. Perfect especially with seat and handy carrier under seat.
