Didn’t work for me
1st issue was when I went to do this somehow the bottle had leaked inside it’s sealed bag. Just enough to get everything in the bag wet. It came with the solution, syringe, tubing, a yellow piece, a clear piece then separately there was gloves and an orange flat piece. What are all these “pieces” you may be wondering…..me too I have no idea what they were for or meant to do because the instructions didn’t give you any of that info. It just gave you 3 different ways to clean. I chose #2 where you run the solution through the ink heads with the tubing 2x each. It looked like a ton of ink ended up on the paper towels I had to keep replacing because they were soaking. I was hopeful. Then I realized there was a hole in one of my gloves so my finger was black with ink and solution. *sigh* Then I ran a few nozzle checks and it actually got worse. I’m going to just have to suck it up and buy a new printer if I ever want to print in color again.

Saved my printer
The yellow head on my printer was clogged so anything printed in color looked completely off. I ran the head cleaning utility about 20 times knowing I was wasting ink each time and it still was blocked. I was about to buy a new printer when I thought buying this cleaner would be worth the fairly minimal cost if I could save the overall printer. And it worked beautifully. It took a little while to figure out how to attach the little tube to the plunger, how to fill it and finally how to cram it into the ink head but once I fiddled around with it and got it working I was able to clear the clog in less than a minute. 100% recommend.

Won't work on Epson XP-630
This kit advertises to work with the Epson XP-630, which is what I have. The instructions are really not clear, and the seller does not provide a link to a video tutorial. Searching Youtube, I found that you must have an adapter to work with the printheads of the XP-630. There was no adapter included. It is unusable.I must return it and search for an alternative. Learn from my mistake. If you have an XP series, look elsewhere.

It worked! It really worked!
I had a printer that I hadn't used in a few years. The print quality was awful and I did the usual "clean print heads" as much as I could, but finally it was suggested that I get printhead cleaner. This product was completely useful and worked well. First I tried the syringe into the ink wells, but that didn't work so I watched a video on how to remove the actual print head. It wasn't that hard. Then per the instructions, I soaked the print head in the liquid for 12 hours, dried it with a blow-drier and reinstalled the head. I got beautiful crystal clear print quality. Had I tried to get this fixed I couldn't - it would cost too much. And a new print head would have been at least $40. For the cost of this product and some time, I have restored my printer. I'm so happy!

It works!
I figure this product has saved me several hundred dollars by not having to replace my printers. I had a printer that would not print at all ... just spit out blank sheets of paper. I didn't have much faith in this product but thought I would give it a try...not expensive and what did I have to lose. I viewed a couple of YouTube videos and went to work. It was not hard to do and to my amazement, not only did it now print but they were the best prints I have ever had from this machine. Encouraged, I went to my wide format Epson, that I was ready to scrap. It kept giving an error message that it couldn't recognize the magenta cartridge, (even though I use genuine Epson ink) and to replace it...which I did, twice, $$$$, but it still kept giving the same message. I used this product and ..amazing...my printer is as good as new. Definitely recommend!

Did not work for me
I tried cleaning two EPSON printers (WF-3640, WF-3540. The 3640 was working but the printing was very poor. After cleaning - no printing at all. The 3540 had poor printing also and after cleaning it had a marginal improvement - not enough to be usable. That said, both are old printers so their clogging may have been severe. The attached image is from the 3550 after cleaning.

Doesn't work on WF-4630
The Epson WF-4630 has a fixed box for cartridges. None of the directions work for this type. I couldn't find anything on the internet except complaints about how impossible this model is to clean clogged print heads. I thought I'd finally found something that works, since this model number is in bold, but it's the same as every other kit. The claim that it works for this model is false.

Carefully follow instructions......
I bought this to clean my printer heads and now printer in not working at all. I can’t really blame it all on the product but mostly on user error. The tube came off printer head and product spayed inside printer all over. Now I can’t get the printer to operate, just get printer error.
