This is pretty good. Not as good as the kind they sell in clear cellophane bags that you buy in Italy or here for a ridiculous price, but adequate. When I first used it I thought it was like using nothing, but then I realized I wasn't using enough. I was using a teaspoon when I should have used a tablespoon or more. I use it mostly to ramp up my spaghetti sauce flavor, but it's great in other Italian style sauces and dishes. I would definitely buy it again.

Great heat without burn when you want to spice up Italian sauces. I mix it with olive oil and rub it deep into meat as a marinade. Or I toss chopped vegetables into the marinade before grilling them. Yum!

My family loves this seasoning on all sorts of food. It has the perfect blend of spices.

I love this seasoning. Lately I've been using it in beef soup but great for Italian pasta dishes as well.
