I bought these for use with my coffee, I like flavored coffees but I don’t like sweet coffee which makes buying regular coffee syrups complicated. I’ve used these flavors with Nespresso pods and I just tried the strawberry in a Coca Cola and it was so good! I also bake so I’m excited to use them in that as well. A little goes a long way.

Edit:After trying the emulsion in one of my cakes out of desperation for flavor I used it. Just let me say, you can't just base it on smell and taste right out of the bottle. My apologies for judging before using. I'm also updating my stars.Sweet baby Jesus where do I begin? The almond is horrible. I put a bit on my tongue to taste it and my tongue went NUMB!!! I opened all 6 to smell and taste and they are all absolutely horrible!!! They also contain Red 40 and Blue 1 which has been linked to health hazards. I literally wasted 37.00 as it's a food product and can't be returned. Do not purchase any of these!!! I recommend Cake Cake Cake Etc or pkbakes for all your flavoring needs.

Flavor stays the same or better. Am experimenting in use in cakes and chocolate. Good results!

These emulsions are the secret ingredient that will make your recipe have that special bakery taste. All of the emulsions are good but the butter vanilla one is my particular favorite; it really tastes delicious in any frosting. I've been using these for years. They seem expensive but are a good value because a little goes a long way.
