Flex Shaft Motor Hangers, Bench Mount Model | HOL-619.00

After waiting nearly a week, this was finally delivered. The rods that come with the base are light and flimsy. It doesn't seat or screw into the base properly, making the supporting rod tip unevenly. The arm that is supposed to suspend your motor is NOT stationary. This causes your flex shaft motor to twirl around freely in the air. I'm beyond disappointed and will be asking for my money back.

Everyone seems happy with this flex shaft hanger, but the one I received was absolutely not sturdy / strong enough to hold a Foredom flex shaft motor. I installed it on my bench (very sturdy, thick wood) and hung it up – the hanger began to wobble immediately. The set screw is not enough to hold an average flex shaft motor. I packed it up and returned it.

Sturdy but top hanger doesn't stay on one stop while using super annoying

This was to flimsy to hang my Foredom on. I am not happy with purchase.

Great for the price. Best to insert the bar all the way into the base for stability, and ignore the preset groove on it.

Seems great. Easy to install. Definitely strong enough to hold up a Dremel and Flex shaft. The included screws are really just tokens. Need to choose the proper screw to attach to your given workbench. I used longer bolts that go clear through part of my bench and secured with nuts.

Sturdy construction. You will need a solid desk base to screw in the metal base and make it secure. If you don't have a nice thick wood desk I don't think it would be as sturdy.I have a thick butcher block worktop and it holds my heavy motor easily.

Works well and came as described. I wish the Flex Shaft Motor Hanger had come with the spring attachment that you use to attach the motor drive. It may have been included. My package arrived crushed with one end totally ripped off. No instructions and no attachments.
