All of my old rolling pins were not dishwasher safe and a *pain* to try to keep clean in between uses. This rolling pin is one smooth bar that cleans with one rinse and can go straight into the dishwasher.It works very well for rolling out doughs of all kinds. My only wish is that it was a touch heavier, but it still works very very well.

This rolling pin is pretty good at not letting the dough stick to it. It is a decent size. I wish the ends were more like proper handles. Maybe make the pin larger in diameter so it tapers off to a large size. I like the metal material.
